ABOUT CCCxA

Kevin B. Kuklok (Major General USMC ret.) is the Chairman of CCCxA’s Board

of Advisors and offers more than 30 years' experience as an industry leader and U.S.

Marine Corps officer engaged in compliance at all levels of extractive and chemical

industry, military experience on the battle field, and in local communities throughout

the world. Major General Kuklok has also enjoyed an extensive career in public forums

training and educating the public and private sector in ethics and compliance.

Kevin holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and

an MBA degree with an emphasis in Finance from United States International University in

San Diego, CA.

Ivan Dvorak P.E. is a member of the CCCxA Board of Advisors. Throughout his

distinguished career, Ivan has been involved in thousands of projects across North

America and brings this extensive knowledge and experience to CCCxA. Ivan was

President and Chief Executive Officer of Teng & Associates, Inc. for sixteen years prior

to its merger with EXP Global, Inc. in 2010 and maintained the role of Executive Vice

President - United States Operations until his retirement in 2012. Ivan earned an MS in

Civil Engineering from University of Zilina, Czechoslovakia in 1966.

James Broderick, Esq., is a member of the CCCxA Board of Advisors and practiced

law and investment banking in Chicago from 1967 to 1985, specializing in mergers and

acquisitions and antitrust law. He then served as General Counsel of Rayovac

Richard L. Diddams, CxA, LEED GA is CEO of CCCxA and offers more than 20

years of leadership as a combat decorated officer in the US Marine Corps involved

at the highest levels of the US Government and 10 years in leading large

Corporations both in the United States and World-Wide. His previous assignments

include director of all overseas operations in a seven country coalition and a graduate

of Top-Level School. Rich holds a B.S. in Engineering Construction and an M.S.

from the Naval Postgraduate School in Management with an emphasis in

Econometrics and Statistical Analysis. He is also a Certified Commissioning Agent

by ACG. Rich is active in numerous organizations including the Purple Heart

Association, Marine Corps League and Habitat for Humanity.

George Bouris, P.E., CxA is President of CCCxA with a B.S. in Mechanical

Engineering with more than 25 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, an

expert in vertical structure MEP engineering, and has successfully managed MEP

and Commissioning Departments. During his engineering career he has worked at

firms such as Perkins and Will, Teng and Associates, and Cannon Design on project

types such as Healthcare, Institutional, Educational and Commercial. George is a

licensed professional engineer, ACG Certified Comissioing Agent, City of Chicago

Certified Energy Engineer, and a member of ASHRAE and SAME.

Paul Sterner, AIA, LEED AP, is the Director of Architecture with an M.S. and

B.S. in Architecture Studies with more than 20 years of experience. His design

awards include the International Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Design

Competition, sponsored by the U.S. DOE, NREL, Architecture Magazine, Cooper-

Hewitt Smithsonian Museum, and the AIA. He was the chairman for the first Illinois

comprehensive renewable energy conference held in Illinois. Mr. Sterner's work

includes revising the Historic Frederick Law Olmsted planned village residential

ordinance which was honored with the Gold Award by the American Planning

Association.

Randy Robbie, BICSI member and is CCCxA's Director of Technology

Engineering, with a B.S in Mkg with more than 30 years of design experience in the

field of Building Technology and Security systems and was a subject matter expert

presenting at the International Technology Conference in Japan. Mr. Robbie's

expertise includes Voice/Data/Wireless/communication Infrastructure as well as

Audio Video and Security Design. He holds registrations with Cisco, Corning Fiber

Optics, Motorola R56 and Data Center Design and is a member of ASHE and ASIS.
