Construction Methods:Foundation includes structurally engineered foundation systems, reinforced concrete slab on grade and reinforced concrete slab on deck. Structural frame built using conventional structural steel, steel joists and decking, metal stud framing, and pre-cast concrete walls (storm shelter). Exterior veneer included insulated metal panels, CMU block and brick masonry, aluminum storefront windows and doors, and modified bitumen roofing.
