Canyon County Parade of Homes! My name is Shaun Urwin I am a real estate agent at Better Homes & Gardens 43°

North Real Estate and I have been in real estate since 2004, when I began my career as an on-site agent for a local builder. I was born and raised in Nampa Idaho and graduated from Nampa Christian School in 1990. This year I have had the pleasure of being this year’s Parade of Homes Chair and it has been an adventure. So much goes into putting this event together for our community and there are so many volunteers who help along the way. Without them, our parade sponsors and of course our participating builders this would not be possible. The planning starts in August of each year and by March we move full force to complete the Parade of Homes by June. I owe a huge thank you to all of these individuals who make this possible and help make it a success that it is. We have incorporated a new twist to our Parade of Homes and added a fun APP that you can download onto your smartphone with easy driving directions, in depth information about the builders and their homes. A list of SRVBCA member subs that had a hand in building these homes and even an opportunity for you to send comments and share what you like about the home on the builders pages in the APP. So without further-a-do, our builders have put together this Parade of Homes for you with a variety of priced homes to fit any budget, single family or multi-family, even empty nesters who are ready to settle down in a comfortable home that they can relax and enjoy their lives in.
