Remove the patch gently from the backing sheet, using your

where it will not rub against your clothing. The waist area, for example,



is not a good place to stick a patch. Take care when taking off clothes so

that you do not pull the patch off. If a patch is difficult to remove from its

backing sheet, simply peel off using the tip of your finger nail from the

opposite corner. After shower or swimming press patch firmly with a dry

towel. Do not rub. Our patches are not meant to be as sticky or to stay as

strongly stuck on as a band aid, as you need to change them twice a

week. A strong adhesive will leave the skin tender and may cause redness

and discomfort when removed. They are delicate but do stay stuck.
