NOTE:  Managers  and  suppliers  are  able  to  post  messages—which  are  seen  by  everyone  who  touches  the  request—to  the  bottom  of  the  Sourcing  section.

To review a Candidate Resume

submission from a staffing supplier, a manager has a few options to view.

One way is to click on green “New”

button in the Open Requests card on

the Welcome page, if applicable.

Another way is by clicking on the “View Resume” button on the right side of the

screen. Clicking either of these buttons

will open up the “Candidate Information’s” “Sourcing” tab.

If a manager clicks the “Requests” side

navigation menu, they can also click on

any “View Details” or “View Resume” buttons to the right of each open

Request. Clicking either option will then show the “Candidate Information’s”

“Sourcing” tab. Here you can find

candidates name, skills rating, billable rates, resume/portfolio, when

submitted and their status.

In the “Resume/Portfolio” section, any

candidates applicable uploaded information can be clicked to review.

When a manager clicks on the

candidates name, this allows to view

Supplier comments, Previous Employment, Qualifications, Previous

Experience, Skills Assessment and Interview history.

Interviewing a Candidate

Managers have the ability to add other interviewers,

provide detailed instructions to the candidate, and list multiple possible interview dates/times. Once these

fields are completed (those marked with asterisks are required), the manager hits the “Send Request” button

in the lower right side of the screen. This initiates an

interview request to the candidate(s) for confirmation. The screen refreshes with a message “Your Interview

Request is Successfully Submitted.” and the status for the candidate changes to “Interview Requested.” The

interview is also placed on your calendar when the

supplier accepts

the

interview

request.
