Step 1. System Requirement forAssessment

Step 2. System Requirement forMSB

Information :• Once the teststarts, MSB will not allow to move out of the application beforethe

test is finished.• MSB will close all the applications running in background for e.g. :

➢ Browsers i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Google chrome, etc.➢Other (like Skype etc.) or any unrequired application


Step 3. Click on Launch test button


Step 4. Please select the appropriate option

1. If you have not installed MSB, clickon “DOWNLOAD MSB”.2. IfYouhave installed MSB ,clickon “PROCEEDTOTEST”( See page 7 ).

Once the Setup file for MSB is downloaded, open the file to install the

MSB browser and select I agree to the license terms and conditions and

click on Install.

Step 5 . MSB Installation Steps

Once the installationis complete,the icon forMSBwill

availableon the systemas mentionedhere.

Step 6. Starting Test on MSB

• Once the test is launched, thecandidates will get the abovescreen, they need to click on“PROCEED TO TEST” tab andon the next page click onLaunch TestTabto start the testin MSBbrowser.

• Afterclickingon theLaunchTesttaba Pop-up

will appear asking to launchtheteston MSB. clickon "Open MSB" to launchthe testonMSB.

• On launching the MSB a dialogue box will appear


• The following screen appears where the permissions to share

the cameraand microphone is requested,once thepermission

is granteditwillmoveto the nextstep.

Step8. Starting Test on MSB

• Afterchecking the cameraand microphone permission,

Testcanbe startedthereafterby clickingon 'Next'.


Step 9. Fill the details forTest

Please fillall the requireddetails

and ClickonNEXT


Youneedto providea snapshot of their faceand ID

In step1 you mustcapturetheir facesnapshotand clickon Next

In step2 youmustcapturethe snapshotof their ID card.

Please make sure while clicking the picture that there is enough lighting in the room so that the id cardis captured properly.Kindlyclick the picture in the outline provided. Step 10. Snapshot Submission Process

Once you have submittedthe snapshots, you willbe seean on screenmessage,

“Youarein thequeue.Pleasewaitwhileyour detailsarebeingauthorized”

It takesaround2-3 minutes forthe authorizertoverifyone request,Youmayhavetowaitforsome time togetauthorizedand proceedwith thetest.In case the details(Face/ID Cardsnapshot)submittedarenot clear,youwillbe requestedto resubmit thedetails.

Step 11. Authorization Process

Please readthe reason for re-submission message from theauthorizer.

Please followthe message from the authorizer and capturethe snapshot as per the guide line shared by authorizer.

Clickon Submitbottom to send the snapshot for authorization.

Step12. Notification for Monitoredsession

• Once the candidate details gets authorized then on the nextpage the candidateswill be

shown a pop-up stating that their test session willbe monitored.Thecandidate willhave

to give their approval to start the test, else the test willnot get started.Tostart the test

• PostsuccessfulAuthorizationcandidatescanstartthe respectivetest,the above imagewillhelp candidates understandthe differenttabsand their usage availableon the assessment dashboard.

Step 13. Test Experience


• Once a candidates completes the test and decides to submit, he/she cando so by clicking on the ‘Finish Test’ tab at the top right corner of thescreen.

After clicking on ‘Finish Test’, candidates are guided to a ‘Test Summary’page. Candidates are supposed to review all the details and either goback by clicking on ‘Cancel’ or proceed to submit by clicking on ‘Yes,FinishTest’.

• After the candidates clicks on 'Yes, Finish Test', the followingscreen is displayed. We are making sure that all your responsesare being saved securely on our servers for processing. Thisprocess completes in 15 seconds; hence candidates arerequestedtowaitforstipulatedtime forpropersubmission.
