SOTIRIS LAZOU

Born in Athens in 1965, Sotiris Lazou studied interior design in Athens Technological Educational Institutions (TEI) and Industrial Design in Milan at the famous DOMUS ACADEMY.

Since 1992 he has been designing furniture and decorative objects for Greek companies. He has participated in many industrial design exhibitions. He has tutored at the Technological Educational Institutions (TEI’s) of Athens and is also a professor at the Athens School of Applied Arts A.K.T.O.

Sotiris Lazou is also a member of the well-known Greek design group “Schemata”. Sotiris’ design creations have received international recognition.

His Cosmos table won the 2008 Good Design Award also nominated for “Designpreis Deutschland 2010”.

Sotiris Lazou is the creator who recognizes opportunities and accept challenges. His collaboration with Candia Strom meets all quality standards and prestige of a great company, and has all the prerequisites to redefine market status.
