Question: Can planes as far when
they have weight on them?
Hypothesis:
We thought the heavy planes wouldn’t fly as far as the light planes.
Materials:
We used sling-shot planes, pennies, tape, and a tape measure.
Procedure: 1) We flew the planes 3 times
with-out pennies.2) We marked where they
landed with tape.3) We added 8 pennies and
flew them again. 4) We marked where they
landed.5) We measured using a tape
measure.6) We graphed the median.
Results :We both found that the planes with the pennies didn’t fly as far.
Conclusion:
Heavier planes don’t fly as far as light planes.
