REMOTE WORK CONSIDERATIONS FOR MANAGERSWhile we are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation, we want managers to be prepared and equipped to assess and implement temporary alternative work arrangements for their teams. Using some or all of the alternative work arrangements described below may be a shift in how some of us are used to working, but these temporary measures benefit our employees and our business . Please see below for guidance and considerations on how to prepare yourself and your teams for working in an alternate manner, including working remotely.
