Bon AppétitMacalester’s food service provider, Bon Appétit, uses only reusable china and compostables. This includes cups, plates, silverware. If they can get a compostable option, they will.

If you cater with Bon Appétit, they will bring compostable items. Bon Appétit has compost signage that you can use. Please remind your guests to use the compost bins.

Can I recycle dirty food containers?

One of the largest sources of undiverted trash comes from food and drinks brought onto campus from other restaurants, cafes, and stores.
