ITC (e-learning system)
A significant growth in the number of people active in the campus (+43%) in comparison to Q1, mainly driven by the employees’ participation in the Marketing School.
The ongoing update of contents of the ITC’s offer and the opening of 2 new courses: The Loyal Client

Academy: Contents and draft material ready on the following courses: Effective Delegation Development at Ipsos
The Better Ipsos Country Managers School: Contents and structure were defined and validated with CMs and Support Functions representatives / Currently working on developing training materials.
PMI: completed all requirements for R.E.P. enrollment.
L&D Board: held bi-monthly meetings and worked together on L&D topics and projects at Ipsos

The Better Ipsos Leaders Academy: working on the new course Development at Ipsos /, the development of interactive vignettes and final exercises for certification (estimated launch - October)

Challenges for Next Quarter
• Work with HRs to reach at least an 80% completion rate in the e-learning courses through commitment
• Keep updating the contents of our products’ training courses to accompany the Ipsos offer
• Keep making small adjustments in our campus to make it more user friendly everyday
• Design new ITC communication material to be shared with the HRs teams and ITC users
• Develop and implement the CM’s School (f2f training)
• Keep working on the The Better Ipsos Leaders Academy
• Keep working on communicating the L&D Philosophy, ensuring it becomes part of the Ipsos culture
• Increase the Management & Softskill training offer in the ITC
