Graduate training programme

As a graduate your first two weeks with PA will be an intensive residential training programme, where you will join new Analysts from other practices and offices around the world. This programme will equip you with an understanding of our culture and values, give you a grounding in consulting skills and the knowledge needed as an Analyst. The programme will also help you begin to develop the practical skills needed for working with clients on assignment. In addition, Analysts may also take advantage of technical courses applicable to their chosen business area.

PA in Denmark

When joining our office in Copenhagen as a new consultant you will quickly be involved in a variety of challenging projects. We offer you a kick-start to your career with a steep learning curve and numerous challenges. We work for some of the largest Danish corporations and public institutions with a number of challenging projects within business design, it, strategy and transformation.

Our office is located just outside Copenhagen in beautiful surroundings and we employ around 200 people all with different backgrounds and experiences. We value diversity and see it as our advantage. Therefore, we are looking for candidates specialized in engineering, it, business and much more.

We worked with the Danish air navigation services to implement a new air traffic management system that is needed to manage growing traffic in the skies above Denmark.

We supported the creation of the Prudential Regulation Authority, which is helping transform financial regulation in the UK. The need for this was demonstrated by the global financial crisis.
