Process flow – Module tests

Module test  will be scheduled at the end of each module – Pass percentage will be 60%

Second Attempt will be scheduled during MFRP sessions – Weightage will be 85% MFRP – Pass percentage 75% Overall Score = Module test (60% Weightage)+ MFRP (40% Weightage) [Only for those who cleared all the module tests in the first/second attempt] If the overall score is

>=75%                  Release to BU>= 60 and <75    : Then the trainees should have scored

(a) Minimum of 50% in both Module test and in MFRP (b) And 75% in one Release to BU

All others Retraining / Exit.

Any leave during the training period will be treated as Loss of Pay More than 3 days of Uninformed leave will lead to Job Abandonment If you are planning to go on break due to unavoidable situations please keep your batch

owner and your CTM informed about it. After getting approval you can go on break

3. Lunch

Adhere to the lunch timings

Mobile Phone to be in SILENT MODE during training hours………..

4. E-Mail Usage

Follow email etiquettes Do not misuse the mail facility Delete unwanted mails as they fill up your mail boxes and incoming mails will be bounced

back

5. For any queries – ALWAYS contact your batch owner.

6. During training period – for any official communication, keep your Batch owner in loop

7. At all times have his/her contact number handy.

The trainees are expected to take 2 CCPs during the academy training, 1 Domain CCP and 1 Technical/Technology CCP. CCP details are given below for your reference. Get in touch with your batch owners for further details.

depending upon the availability of the resources.

The study materials and the CCP course contents will also be available in the “Notes &

Attachments” option in ELM (https://compass.learning.cognizant.com ).

The trainees are expected to do presentations for 90 mins on the below mentioned competencies to empower themselves. CTM will give explain you in detail about these presentations during your training.
