Ticket Sales The campsites normally sell out in advance of the event. Once sold out, no more campers can be admitted even if planning to share accommodation with existing ticket holders. Please call the office on 0843 453 9000 to see if any tickets remain available. All campers require a valid weekend admission ticket in conjunction with their camping ticket. Directions Taking the A153 to Cadwell Park, please then follow the yellow ‘Camping’ highway signage that will direct you onto the Bluestone Heath Road. Further yellow highway signage will direct you to the entrances. For the Family Campsite (see below) please follow the ‘Family Campsite’ highway signage. Campsites There are two campsites at this event. The Family Campsite, adjacent to the start/finish spectator bank, is intended for those groups with children under 16 years old. The Main Campsite caters for all other groups, and is located next to Park Corner. Access to the family campsite is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that music and noise is to be kept to minimum after 21:00 in the Family Campsite. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 23:00 in the Main Campsite. Any campers that persist in making excessive noise will be evicted from the campsite without refund of ticket fees. Access times: Both campsites open at 12:00 noon on Thursday 20 August 2015 and all camping facilities will finish at 9pm on Sunday 23 August 2015. The Main Campsite will be open for access 24 hours a day. The Family Campsite will be closed to vehicle access after 22:00 each night, and will re-open at 08:00 each morning. Food and Drink Alongside a number of food and drink outlets operating at the venue during the event, the Clubhouse bar and restaurant will be open into the evening from Thursday through to Sunday, serving evening meals until 21:00 and drinks until midnight. There is no shop on site for purchasing self-catering supplies but the nearest stores are located in Louth, about 6 miles away. Head North on the A153 and follow signs to Louth Town Centre. Disabled access camping area An area near the venue entrance in the Main Campsite will be reserved for disabled campers. If you require any assistance whilst camping during the event or have any queries relating to disabled access please contact the circuit office on 01507 343248. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT Following the success of previous years, we will again be staging live music on both Friday and Saturday night. On Friday night, the Flipside Band will be rocking our outdoor music stage (near the circuit main gate) right through to 11pm. On Saturday, we’ll have RipKord opening the evening’s entertainment followed up by local favourites The Stolen Fridays. While at the Clubhouse, we have Disco Dave running a dance-tastic disco from 9pm on Friday night and regular Cadwell Park stalwarts ‘The Tuesdays ‘ keeping spirits high late into Saturday night. Waste & litter Please make use of the rubbish bags provided and, when full, dispose of in the skips located around the campsite. More bags are available from security. MotorSport Vision Limited is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of MotorSport Vision Limited, its employees or agents. Camping is allowed only within the designated areas and on purchase of an official camping ticket. Any tents pitched and caravans parked outside the designated areas will be removed. Official merchandising is only on sale inside the venue. Do not buy from unofficial vendors. No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official car parking facility. In the interest of public safety, MotorSport Vision Limited reserves the right to ask you to leave the venue at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note. Whilst the campsites are open from Thursday 12noon, access into the circuit will be restricted until 17:00pm on the Thursday. This is to allow teams and traders to setup within the venue. Please note: that since the installation of the circuit bridge, there will no longer be a shuttle bus in operation between the campsites due to a lack of demand. If you are disabled and need assistance in travelling around the venue, please call the office and we will assist you. Camping vehicles Only road-registered vehicles are permitted within the campsites and scooters/mini motos/quad bikes are not permitted. Please be considerate of others and keep vehicle movements to a minimum. Sleeping in vans is not advised, but not prohibited. If travelling by motorbike, you are welcome to park your bike next to where you are camping. Items not allowed in the campsite For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, the following are prohibited: • Fireworks • Firewood • Chinese lanterns Scooters/mini-motos/any vehicle not registered for the road Any such items will be confiscated by the campsite security team Animals Strictly no animals are allowed on site at any time. Assistance dogs are permitted when pre-arranged with the venue. Safety Open fires are not permitted in the campsite Never leave a barbecue inside a tent or van. In the UK, 11 people died from carbon monoxide poisoning in 2014 from barbecues whilst camping Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Please dispose of coals and single-use barbecues (once cool) in the metal bins provided. Never leave a hot stove or barbecue unattended Keep roadways and fire lanes clear at all times Store fuel and generators away from ignition sources Fire extinguishers are located at various fire points around the campsite. Use only in an emergency and raise the alarm immediately Campsite speed limit is 10mph. Only drive if strictly necessary and watch for children Secure tents and gazebos carefully in high winds Emergencies The Fire, Security and Medical teams are present 24 hours a day whilst the campsite is open. They are there for the safety and well-being of all campers. Please respect any instructions given by them. Any campers found to be acting irresponsibly may be evicted from the campsite without refund of ticket fees.
