New Pledge Tool | Sign On Beginning Sept. 1, access the pledge tool at

csc.wellsfargo.com on Teamworks.

You can also use your personal or work smart phone or tablet to access the pledge tool at igivewf.com, then type your username and password on Channel Secure.

The pledge tool offers:

o A new look and feel o Increased flexibility in giving o Improved donations management o Opportunities for team members to display how they are

contributing to the campaign through badges. Learn more at csc.wellsfargo.com.

Getting Started

Getting Started Select your personal settings on the My Profile page and save.

Getting Started Navigate to Home Dashboard by clicking on the Wells Fargo logo from any page or by clicking Home.

Start Pledging To start pledging, select Give Now.

Give Now | Ways to Pledge Renew last year’s pledge

Renew Pledges Select pledges to

renew and the amount for each organization.

Agree and submit pledge.

Select: Payroll Deduction.

Where I Work or WE Care Fund options and click next.

OR

Use any combination of the search fields to search for an organization and click next.

Payroll Selection: Choose the payroll deduction type.

Recognition: Choose to remain anonymous or be recognized by the recipient organization.

Select Amount: Enter the payroll deduction amount.

Certify and Submit: Agree to the terms and conditions and click submit to see your confirmation page.

Return to the Give Now page by using the My Giving Activity drop down menu.

Select Organization: Search and choose an organization.

Recognition: Choose to remain anonymous or be recognized by the recipient organization.

Select Amount: Enter your chosen gift amount.

Certify and Submit: Agree and Submit pledge.

Select Credit Card.

Select Amount: Enter gift amount.

Review and Add Contribution: Review pledges before entering credit card information. Add multiple pledges for one transaction by clicking “Contribute to Another Nonprofit.”

Recognition: Choose to remain anonymous or be recognized by the recipient organization.

Credit Card Information: Once all pledges are added, select “Enter Credit Card Information.”

Enter credit card information and Submit Payment.

Stock Donations Go to the Give

Now page.

Select Stock Donation.

Stock Donations Complete the Online Stock Donation Form and follow instructions to submit pledge outside of Pledge Tool.

Select Record a Team Member Fundraiser.

Select Organization: Search and choose an organization.

Select Your AU: Donor’s AU is automatically populated. Enter the percentage/amount for this AU.

Select Amount: Enter gift amount.

Select Your AU: Add up to four additional AU’s by entering AU numbers or by searching team members by first and last name and selecting the AU.

Record a Fundraiser

Print Fundraising Letter: Click, print and include letter with the checks to the designated organization.

Certify and Submit: Agree to the terms and conditions and Submit pledge.

Select Record a Paid Direct Gift.

Terms and Conditions: Read the terms and conditions and select “I agree” to proceed.

Enter Paid Direct Detail: Enter the gift amount and select the date that the gift was given.

Select Organization: Search and choose an organization.

Certify and Submit: Agree to the terms and conditions and Submit pledge.

My Giving Activity Review Past Pledges | Disbursements | Campaign Reports

My Giving Activity To review submitted pledges and past campaign disbursements, select My Giving Activity.

Edit pledges from the 2015 campaign by clicking Edit.

Click View Details to review further information.
