Lighting and Electrical Renovations1. Th irty-two energy effi cient LED lights will be installed along the two main paths

2. All overhead wire and the majority of the existing lights will be removed

3. Th ree power pedestals will be installed to improve electricity distribution for festivals

4. Th ree damaged poles and fi xtures will be replaced along Common Street

5. New spotlights will be installed at the fl ag pole

Site Amenities1. Nine benches will be installed

2. Seven trash receptacles will be installed

3. Two freeze resistant drinking fountains with jug fi llers will be installed

4. Two groves of trees will be planted on Earth Day (April 21, 2012)

5. One 50 foot fl ag pole will be installed near the Frost Fountain
