해 먼 곳으로 일을 하러 가고, 아내들만이 남아서 가계와 보육을 담당하고 있습니다.
타워빌 주민들은 하루 1달러 미만으로 생활해야 하는 극심한 빈곤에 시달리고 있습니다. 특히
기초 생활 문제와 열악한 교육 환경으로 인한 아동 보육문제가 극심합니다.
