Welcome to Camp J, where campers make memories and friendships that last a lifetime! Our camps encourage campers, from toddlers to teens,

to explore and develop their interests in a fun, supportive community. Camp J campers become more independent, experience being part of a community, and learn to interact with their peers while participating in a variety of summer activities.

Your child’s care and well-being are our priorities. Our staff members embody the friendly, energetic and caring environment that we create at Camp J, and our low staff-to-camper ratio (no more than 10 campers for each counselor) ensures a safe and successful summer.

We hope that your family will join us at Camp J this year and be part of another summer of fantastic memories...we know they’ll last a lifetime!

Lunches & SnacksAt Camp J, our campers are always on the move, and we know that they need fuel to keep them going! For lunch, parents have the option of either sending a packed lunch or purchasing lunch, snacks and ice cream from our “canteen”. Canteen lunches, snacks and ice cream are purchased in advance on a weekly basis, or may be paid for on a daily basis in cash. Our complete canteen schedule will be available on our website prior to the summer.

For some field trips, campers must bring money to purchase a pre-set or a la carte lunch as required by the venue. We will send this information out each week prior to the trip.

Included with your camp fees is a daily afternoon snack. We will provide a nutritious, kid-friendly snack every day to keep your campers moving!

In accordance with the JCC’s “kosher-style” policy, we ask that you please refrain from sending any foods that contain pork or shellfish. In addition, the JCC is a “nut aware” facility, and foods containing peanut or tree nut ingredients are not allowed. We thank you for helping to keep our facility safe and comfortable for all of the members of our community!
