Project & Marketing Manager, Catalyst / BET.co.za Cape Town, South Africa— 2015 ­ 2016 

Initially employed as Project and Marketing Manager at Catalyst Agency, our entire team was later assimilated into BET.co.za as the inhouse marketing department. Duties included Project Management, Traffic Management, Account Management and problem­solving / workflow innovation. I was also tasked with the analysis of key metrics from Google Analytics, Moz and our CRM software for the purposes of identifying both dropoffs and opportunities for growth (‘growth hacking’).   Accomplishments 

● Introduced innovative new workflow/productivity methods and tools 

● Project Managed office migration and upgrade  

Account Manager, Hamilton Buchanan Cape Town, South Africa — 2014­2015 

Hamilton Buchanan (Now NineFiftyNine.Net) employed me as an Account Manager across various brands, including a multinational corporate client. I was responsible for overseeing Content Marketing, SEO, PPC, Campaigns and Reporting across a varied client portfolio.   Accomplishments 

● Conceptualised and Managed viral #SafariSoulmates Campaign that achieved over 7 million impressions and significantly boosted on­site metrics and brand awareness 

Education  University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa Bachelor of Social Science (B.Sc) Law & Religion — 2016* 

Having initially enrolled in the four year undergraduate LLB (Law) program at UCT from 2008 ­ 2010, I decided to withdraw and pursue full time employment. After deciding to return to University whilst continuing to work, I used my previous credits and completed the requisite courses to obtain my Bachelor of Social Science degree in 2015.   *Graduation delayed to 2016 due to student protests.  

University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa Internet Marketing Certificate — 2012 

A 10 week online course that provided the expert knowledge and expertise to augment my capabilities at the time.
