GEOFFREY DARLING

Pellinore

Geoffrey Darling’s happy and rewarding association with the OSF company personnel began in Macbeth with Actors’ Summit about ten years ago, when he first met Terry, (Duncan, Porter, Doctor at the time). At Stan Hywet he’s been Sly in Taming of the Shrew, a Knight in King Lear and Fluellen in Henry V. He’s been in several of the Agatha Christie mysteries at Coach House, always in law enforcement roles, and has also appeared at Magical Theatre, Barberton.

KAREN CLARK-GREEN

Ensemble

Karen is a singer, actor, choreographer, playwright, author, and director. Her career began at the age of 9 in the equity production of The King & I and opera career began in Vienna, Austria as the lead in the world premiere opera Dream Sequence. She was one of the original Kenley Players with a 20 year credit of musical theater. She is remembered for her performance in the concert version of Porgy & Bess (Bess) with the Akron Symphony and has many opera credits. She is working in TV and Film as well as having written six plays and six books. Her new musical, The Hope, debuted in Ohio December 2016 and she will be starring in Caroline or Change February 2018 at the Youngstown Playhouse. She holds an A.A, BFA, and earned her Master of Music from the University of Akron as well as studying in Graz, Austria and Milan, Italy.

NATALIE GREEN*

Guinevere

Natalie is overjoyed to be onstage for the first time with OSF after having been enchanted as an audience member for many years. She is a graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts. Regionally, Natalie has worked with Dobama Theatre, Cleveland Public Theatre, EJ Thomas Hall/University of Akron, Cleveland Play House, Pittsburgh Repertory Company, Mamai Theatre Company, Beck Center for the Arts, Cleveland JCC/Tri-C East, Lakeland Theatre, Fine Arts Association, Carnation City Players, True North Cultural Arts Center, Fairmount Center and performs as lead singer for The Grand Avenue Band. Professionally, she works as an actor, voice-over artist, singer, writer, manager and producer and is proud to be part of the great artistic work that is happening in the Northeast Ohio area and beyond.

Sir Sagramore / Mordred / Ensemble

Jason is thrilled to finally test just how much audiences will deal with him during this full season at Greystone Hall! Jason is a local professional, private instructor, podcast co-host, and five-year company member with OSF who proudly holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Kent State. He has performed in numerous theatres both in Northeast Ohio and in NYC. Most recently, audiences may remember him as Amiens (As You Like It) or Autolycus (The Winter’s Tale) over the summer with OSF, Sgt. Trotter (The Mousetrap) at Coach House, or Lord Aster (Peter and the Starcatcher) at Dobama. As always, much love to his amazing wife Sarah, the Great 8, his Backstage Buddy, and family and friends for their continued love and support.

BRIAN MUELLER

Ensemble

Brian Mueller is thrilled to return to the Greystone Hall stage, making his OSF debut in Camelot! Brian is the choir and drama director at Archbishop Hoban HS and a private voice, guitar and piano instructor.You may have seen him onstage at Great Lakes Theater, Cleveland Play House, Dobama, EJ Thomas Hall, Cain Park, Lakeland Civic, CATCo, Weathervane, Porthouse, or his 8th grade school production of Camelot, or maybe not. Either way, enjoy the show! Much love to Elisha and Evan.

ELISHA MUELLER

Ensemble

Elisha is excited to make her Ohio Shakespeare Festival debut. She has previously appeared in theaters around Northeast Ohio, including Lakeland Civic Theatre, Canton Players Guild, and Hudson Players. Favorite roles include Anna in The King and I, Mrs. Darling in Peter Pan, and Meg in Little Women. She would like to thank her family for their love and support.

JOE PINE

Lancelot

Joe has been involved in many of the tremendous new programs offered this year since acquiring the new theatre, still finding time to act in recent productions of The Three Musketeers, The Winter’s Tale,  Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) and Robin Hood: An Adventure, with Music. Favorite OSF credits include Hotspur (Henry IV p. 1), Feste (Twelfth Night) and Stephano (Tempest). Other regional credits include George (Of Mice and Men, Coach House Theatre), Slank (Peter and the Starcatcher, Dobama), Fersen (Marie Antionette, Dobama) and Billis (South Pacific, E.J. Thomas Hall). This one's for you, Lo'. Look, up in the sky--!

PETE ROBINSON

Merlyn / Ensemble

Pete is a Cleveland-born actor, filmmaker, director, and writer.   Retuning to Cleveland after serving in the U.S. Marines for 8 years, Pete was seen in a Karamu House productions that included Sty of the Blind Pig and The Mirror Man. He has performed at many theaters including Peachtree Playhouse in Atlanta Georgia. His film credits include KING, the first film about Martin Luther King, Our Winning Season,  Up Your Alley, Wacko, and G.O.R.P. Since returning to Northeast Ohio, Pete has appeared in August Wilson’s Two Trains Running, Ceremony in Dark Old Men, and Julius Caesar  at the Karamu House. He also appeared in Driving Miss Daisy, Jesus Christ Superstar,and the Pajama Game at the French Creek Theater.  He most recently appeared in Of Mice and Men at the Coach House Theater and You Can’t Take It With You, a Karamu production staged at Tri-C East.  Very excited about the upcoming production.

SHANE M. STHAL

Ensemble

Shane is ecstatic to make his onstage debut with Ohio Shakespeare Festival! Last season, he helped backstage on Complete Works (which he'll repeat in January), and in May 2018, he will stage manage the Ohio premiere of King Charles III. Previous appearances include Weathervane Playhouse, Coach House Theater, Cassidy Theater, and Broadview Heights Spotlights. Outside theater, Shane is an accomplished stand up comedian and political strategist.

Mark Stoffer

Ensemble

Mark returns for his 8th year with Ohio Shakes.   This summer, he played Lebeau and Antigonus in As You Like It and The Winter’s Tale. Last season, he was the Goldsmith in The Comedy of Errors at OSF's Greystone Hall, Major Metcalf in The Mousetrap at Coach House Theatre and Sherlock Holmes in Baskerville..., also at CHT.  In addition to these performances, he designed lights and/or sound for twelve productions and many more special events in past year.   Although most evenings will find him at a theater, he actually lives in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife, Sherri.

KELSEY TOMLINSON

Ensemble

Costume Design

Kelsey is ecstatic to be returning to OSF. She was most recently seen as Dorcas in The Winter's Tale  and Constance in Three Musketeers…with OSF. Other recent roles include the Courtezan in Comedy of Errors, Sandra in A Thousand Clowns (Coach House Theatre),   and Maggie in  The Man Who Came to Dinner   (Weathervane). Beyond acting, she currently serves as the Resident Costume Designer for OSF. Audiences may remember her recent costume work from The Winter's Tale, Comedy of Errors, and  The Mousetrap  (Coach House Theatre).  When not here, she can be found rock climbing, reading, or trying her hand at music. Much love to family & friends.

ANDREAS VARNER

Sir Tom of Warwick

Andreas Varner Waltz is ten years old and attends Miller South School for the Visual and Performing Arts with a focus in drama. He likes reading and has two cats. He is a fan of musicals, especially those by Lin-Manuel Miranda. He enjoys playing piano, Japanese fencing, and playing soccer for AMFC. He would like to thank the Ohio Shakespeare Festival for giving him this opportunity.

KAREN WOOD

Ensemble

Karen is delighted to return for her twelfth year with OSF.  There is something very special about performing with this great group of people.  Karen was most recently seen as Corin in As You Like It, Emelia in The Winter’s Tale outdoors at Stan Hywet and Abbess Amelia on OSF's Henry C. Bishop Stage at Greystone Hall, and as the perpetually grouchy Mrs. Boyle  in The Mousetrap at Coach House.   Thanks for letting us entertain you!

KATIE ZARECKI

Nimue / Ensemble

Choreographer

Since graduating from Bowling Green State University with a B.M. in vocal performance, Katie has appeared at a variety of venues as actress and/or choreographer.  Some of her favorite past shows are Evil Dead: the Musical, Cabaret  with Blank Canvas Theatre, and Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks with Coach House Theatre.  For the past four seasons she has been a part of the Ohio Shakespeare Festival appearing in and choreographing the Greenshows and plays. In whatever free time she has, Katie teaches dance and voice for Wayne Center for the Arts and Cleveland Heights High School.

RYAN ZARECKI

Sir Dinadin / Ensemble

Fight Director

Recently seen in As You Like It, Three Musketeers…, Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and Lone Star, he can't get enough of the Ohio Shakespeare Festival.   When not throwing himself about the set, or building ones, he choreographs/teaches stage combat all over the Akron/Cleveland area,   runs the monthly Fight Nights for OSF as well as creating custom leather goods in his Etsy shop The Buckle and Rose. He is blessed to do what he loves and loves what he does.  His incredibly talented and beautiful wife Katie keeps his heart beating and his head on straight, and he thanks you for supporting his theatre family here at the Ohio Shakespeare Festival. Huzzah!
