Dr. Du Xiaoping: Dr. Du has over 30 years clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology and human assisted reproductive technology. In mainland China, Dr. Du was responsible for setting up two Center for Reproductive Medicine (Bengbu Medical College Center for Reproductive Medicine, and the PLA Lanzhou Chief hospital Center for Reproductive Medicine).Dr. Du is one of China’s early pioneers in human assisted reproductive technology specialists, and has completed over 3000 cycles of IVF with high success rates.

Dr. Sovannrothy is a Consultant Gynaecologist and a Graduate Diploma holder in Medical Gynecology, Faculty of Medecine, Paris 5 University, Paris, France. Dr. Sovannrothy has extensive experience in the feild of Gynecology Obstetric Ultrasound. She assists Dr Du and Dr Surachai at the IVF center.

Dr Surachai, MD: Dr. Surachai has over eight years of clinical experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology . Dr. Surachai is a member of ASRM, the ESHRE, and the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction

Gaurav is the founder and director of Become Parents, Mumbai and Cambodia Surrogacy. He is a former Intended Parent himself, as well as an entrepreneur and an Royal Australian Air Force Officer. Since 2007, Gaurav has worked with hundreds of couples seeking IVF and ART procedures from 25 countries. He is a well-known figure in International surrogacy community. He has appeared in interviews on CNBC, BBC and CNN. He has pioneered the concept of Ethical Surrogacy and is widely considered one of world's foremost business authorities in the field.Gaurav Wankhede, MIT

Barang heads the operations from our Phenom Penh office. He has vast experience of dealing with Intended Parent and is also a teacher by professions. Barang is the the man behind the scene that gets the wheels of the bus moving in Cambodia! Karin Kitthanon ("Josh") is our Legal Advisor and is also the CEO and Founder of IMT Group Co., Ltd. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Las Vegas and currently residing and working in Bangkok Thailand, Josh is fluent in Thai, English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He has worked internationally as Director of multiple business enterprises in Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong and Singapore for more than 17 years. Josh has grown his current business to more than 150 employees
