Last December 23, GMCAC, together with Rotaract South Cebu Alumni, Rotary Club of Mactan, Balik Aral Inc., Eyrie Foundation, and Jollibee, launched the 3-month CSR Nutrition Program dubbed as Gasa sa Kahimsog (Gift of Nutrition). Held at Soong Elementary School, about 100 undernourished children received nutrition starter packs and will continue to be monitored for weight-gain for the next three months.

Mactan Cebu International Airport is one with the community in celebrating the Sinulog Festival. The airport hosted a Sinulog dance contest open to all groups and stakeholders. The Nemesian Dance Theater won 1st Place in the Street Dance and Colorful Contingent categories, taking home Php 100,000. Babag Dance Company took home the award for Festival Queen.
