HAYDON MEDIA Call Sheet Producer: Fearghal McGlinchey Production: Music video ‘Scars’ – James Bay Date of Shoot: 18-11-15 Time: 3:30-5:30 Location of Shoot: Black Box room, Haydon School Personnel Required: (inc. details of role) 1x Camera operators 1x Actor Fearghal McGlinchey Billy Twomey Equipment Required: Canon 55OD Steadicam 3x Red lights Details of shoot: (scenes) These shots will be very effective and the way I will do this is through the use of the red lights. Having just the back red light on will create a very eye catching silhouette of my actor. It adds to the theme of the song as well, the theme is very sad and a little moving as he has lost his girlfriend and is trying to get her back meaning he is in a dark place at the moment, the black box room is excellent in being able to get these emotions across as the dark settings can be very effective. I will have him singing the song as well as just walking round and showing he’s upset etc. I will have various shots for the singing footage, I will have close ups of his face looking in to the camera, close ups of him looking to the side and also close ups of his mouth singing the song. I feel that only close ups will work in the lip syncing aspect of my song if I want the viewer to feel his pain too, mid shots and long shots will be used when the actor is walking around and showing emotion. Special Requirements: (inc. details of props / costumes needed, preparation required There are no props for shooting arrangement apart from one black chair. His outfit is not very complex as it is just general dark clothes that anyone would wear on a daily basis. The only preparation required is me
