SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Paper abstracts (max. 300 words) can be submitted via the WRF conference tool. Audio-visual submission (3-15 minutes videos, larger productions could be evaluated upon request) may be sub-mitted online directly to GBC-CR ([email protected]).

The Scientific Committee determines the acceptance of the proceedings and the audio-visual production.

· Papers will be considered for: ◦ 15 min. presentations; ◦ 3 min. presentations (3 slides max) in a spotlight slot at the end of scientific sessions

· Audio-visual productions will become part of the congress cinema

IMPORTANT DATES

· Opening submission: Dec 21, 2015 · Submission deadline: Feb 15, 2016 · Notification of acceptance: March 5, 2016* · Full manuscript, audio visual production, submission

Outstanding manuscripts will be considered for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Following authors’ agreement, the presentations will be made available on the WRF and GBC-CR websites after the congress.

* For those submitting an abstract, it is possible to ask for early notification of acceptance if country visa is needed in order to attend the congress. **Note: Presentation acceptance does not suppose travel expense coverage.
