To qualify, you must:•Have a good driving record•Be at least 19 years old•Have been continuously licensed to

drive for the past three years•Be able to meet low-income requirements•Have a vehicle valued at less than $20,000•Live in one of the following counties:

•San Joaquin•Stanislaus
