alibre is a free software application that allows users to manage e-book collections, as well as to create, edit and read e-books. It supports a variety of formats, and offers a lot of features to manage e-readers as well. During this two-part class, we will: Discuss the basics of e-books and various publishing formats Learn how to install and navigate Calibre’s features Show tips and tricks for getting the most out of Calibre Explore more advanced features of Calibre Between classes, attendees will each be asked to put into practice techniques discussed in class.
