ABOUT USSCAL Academy Pte Ltd was established in 2009. It is the third wholly-owned subsidiary of the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) which was founded in 1937. The function of the Association is to look after the diverse needs of construction and her members. SCAL Academy Pte Ltd was established to further the objectives to address the industry’s training needs. It develops and conducts training and development courses to help upgrade professional, managerial, technical skills and knowledge to support business needs and personal aspirations.

SEMINARSOur wide and varied range of topics include safety, environmental, innovations, contractual, legal, financial, government regulations and office & administration skills. Topic and contents are constantly updated to ensure relevance and that trainees are well informed of the latestdevelopments.

WORKSHOPSOur workshops aim to equip our industrypractitioners with the most current skills and knowledge. Through case studies, lively group discussions and hands-on exercises, our trainees benefit from the learning from our experiencedand dedicated trainers.
