This testing occasionally requires service roads and main lanes to be closed temporarily to accommodate the drill rig and crew. In addition, crews have been verifying location of existing utili- ties along the corridor to prepare utility adjustment and relocation plans. Results from this preparation work are being used to shape decisions about final roadway designs and construction timelines. Recently, scheduled lane closures around Lincoln Centre have been posted for eastbound and westbound LBJ Freeway from Josey Lane to Hillcrest Road and also westbound frontage road of LBJ from Montford Drive to Noel Road. The LBJ Express has taken every opportunity to keep motorists, neighbors and corridor businesses informed as to the project and especially regarding lane closures. For information regarding the LBJ Express project, please visit: www.lbjexpress.com. Scott Grissom, chief engi- neer for Lincoln Centre, is pleased to announce that all three towers of Lin- coln Centre have recently earned EPA’s 2011ENER- GY STAR label. In order to earn the energy star label, a building must achieve 75 out of 100 points outlined by the Environmental Protection Agency. Our goal is to make Lincoln Centre a leader in energy savings for the long term. Scott states that, “Everyone deserves some kudos for helping us achieve our goal of earning the Energy Star Label here at Lincoln Centre Management provided great support in getting the approvals needed to implement energy saving initiatives and passing on the information to the tenants to get them to participate. Our en- gineering staff has done a great job implementing aggressive control strategies to help reduce our electrical consumption. Tenants have willingly participated in our energy saving initiatives to help us achieve our goal. We must continue to make the effort to come up with new control strategies and energy initiative to help reduce our carbon footprint and to show that Lincoln Centre is a leader in energy reduction for years to come. I wish to thank each of you for your dedi- cation to our energy saving initiatives. PLEASE WELCOME APRIL HYLANDER The Cousins Management Team is pleased to have April Hylander as an Administrative Manager. She joins Lincoln Centre with 11 years of real estate experience. Before joining Cousins Properties, she worked with Trammell Crow Company. April grew up in this vicinity and at- tended Thomas Jefferson High School. She then attended the University of Texas in Arlington and received her BA in Finance. April now lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Barry. They enjoy their 7 year old lab, and April enjoys her fitness classes. April and Barry enjoy having dinner with family and friends and going to the movies. “I am pleased to be at Lincoln Centre and welcome the opportunity to be available to the tenants.”
