GUIDELINES FOR PUPILS
Appearance Pupils are to be smart and their hair tidy. Extreme haircuts and extreme dyed hair will not be permitted, girls long hair to be tied back off the face. Girls with pierced ears may wear gold/silver studs or small hoops (one only in each lobe). Boys are not permitted to wear any skin piercing jewellery. No other visible body piercing is allowed. In the Senior School, excessive use of make-up and coloured nail varnish are not permitted. In the Prep School, dyed hair and make-up are not permitted. Detentions – Senior School Pupils may be put into detention by a member of staff for breaking school rules or breaking the rules of good behaviour. Weekday detentions take place on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 4.00pm to 4.30pm, for minor offences. Raise the alarm. 2. Immediately evacuate the building by the nearest exit,
ensuring that no-one is left in the room. 3. Close all doors behind you. 4. Go to the assembly point and remain quiet while check is
taking place. 5. Keep away from the building and do not return until the all
