Caledonian Centre for Creativity and Innovation is established mainly as a Centre for encouraging students and staff towards innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. The Centre aims to provide linkage and connectivity between the college, industries and the national innovation hub, initiated by The Research Council (TRC).

To provide a launching pad to budding engineers and academicians

• Entrepreneurship awareness and job creation opportunities;

• Technology linkage between the college and Commerce and

Industry in Oman;

• Culture of innovation, creativity and product development;

• Support for pre-incubation and business opportunities;

• Training, education and information services;

• Linkage and connectivity between the college and national level

CCCI aims to play a remarkable role in encouraging and developing innovation and entrepreneurship among young engineers to help the nation grow economically and in technological terms. Instilling entrepreneurship skill development courses into the academic curriculum fulfills college’s mission as the hub of creativity in due course of time. These initiatives will definitely encourage students to think about innovative options, newer products and processes which eventually add up to the economic and technological development of the nation.
