Eligibility of P/M in milk processing project is to be workedout on the basis of milk products proposed to bemanufactured.

For example if company proposes to process Cream, Butter,Ghee, Paneer etc. the l ist of plant & machineries must have

Cream separator, Butter churner, Multipurpose vat, GheeBoiler, Ghee Clarifier, Ghee settling tank, Coagulation vat,Paneer press, Paneer hooves, packing M/ c etc.In case of I ce cream processing, continuous freezer must beinstalled.
