RE Murderer Simon Macias

NDOC#41565

Parole Date:February 10, 2010

Dear Chairman and Parole Board,

Please DO NOT grant a prole dated to convicted murderer Simon Macias. He killed 19-year old Susan by stabbing her to death, duct-taping her hands, placing her in a garbage bags and dumping her body in the dessert. This was a heinous crime that destroyed not only Susan’s young life, but the lives of her parents, her grandparents (one of whom died just two months after Susan’s death), her brother and sister, her friends, and countless other people who loved and cared for her.

The heinous nature of Simon Macias’s cowardly violence makes it highly likely that if released he will commit additional acts of terror.

Please protect your fellow citizens in our community from this heartless killer.

Please DO NOT grant a parole date to convicted murderer Langnese. The heinous nature of his crime, murdering defenseless Lisa Marie Chivak by beating her to death with the butt end of a shotgun, should preclude his parole. Please protect your fellow citizens in our community from this heartless killer.
