Describing why, how, and with what resources the NSDS will be designed and approved

It is used for:– The preparation of requests for funding– The terms of reference for the various interventions – Mission letters for the intervenors– Contact information of all involved

It is recommended that it be drafted in collaboration with ALL national stakeholders and development partners.

It should be approved by national authorities.
