Mission The Cage Faculty and Staff are committed to creating
and maintaining an environment which ensures that each student reaches a high level of academic achievement by mastering grade level objectives set by the District, State, and Nation.
Students’ success will be measured by frequent authentic and standardized assessments. We will utilize individualized intervention strategies, cooperative grouping, and an enriched curriculum for those that lag behind. By providing multiple learning opportunities, our students will become critical thinkers, independent problem solvers, and academically prepared to be successful in a global world.

Goals By the end of the 2013-2014 school year the total number of
students scoring a the Advanced Level on STAAR Reading in grades 3-5 will increase from 17% to 30%.
By the end of the 2013-2014 school year the total number of students scoring at the Advanced Level on STAAR Math in grades 3-5 will increase from 18% to 30%.
By the end of the 2013-2014 school year the total number of parents responding to the Your Voice Survey will increase from 16% to 30%.
By the end of the 2013-2014 school year the attendance rate will increase from 97.87% to 98%.
By the end of the 2013-2014 school year the total number of students referred to the office for Level III, Level IV, and Level V infractions will be less than 5%.

The following labs are offered daily to Cage Elementary students for 45 minutes.
