OVERVIEW

In its inaugural year in 2013, the world’s first Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Lounge Caesars Palace has garnered praise and accolades for its originality, distinctive design and attention to service and detail. From being named one of the Hottest New Hotels of 2013 by CNN Travel to being included among luxury’s 25 Most Innovative Brands by Robb Report, the Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace had a remarkable first year. To mark the completion of the first-of-its-kind boutique hotel, the crown jewel of the property – the impressive 10,300-square-foot Nobu Villa – made its debut in 2014. Designed by Rockwell Group, the lavish villa offers an expansive 4,700 square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the center of the Las Vegas Strip with sweeping views, ample area for indoor/outdoor entertaining and a Japanese-inspired onsen tub. Additional standout features include a signature omakase sushi bar, ultramodern media and game room, gym and massage room, private elevator and art gallery.

The Nobu Villa is an airy, generously proportioned space with soaring ceilings inspired by the traditional art, architecture and design of Japan. It’s the ultimate sky top villa – luxurious and sumptuous, yet relaxed and modern. Rockwell Group developed a sophisticated language of layered materials and architectural elements, including rich shimmering fabrics, warm wood, bronze finishes, and custom artwork throughout the space that captures and celebrates the Nobu lifestyle.

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

ENTRY/LOBBY/ART GALLERY A private elevator provides transport to the Nobu Villa lobby and dramatic entryway. The lobby features a custom live edge walnut and acrylic bench and two abstract, cast bronze

sculptures inspired by sea life. An eight-panel art installation by Brooklyn artist Jill Hotchkiss hangs in the Villa’s Art Gallery. Each

panel is a relief of an ancient Japanese landscape sandblasted into wood and outlined in gold paint. The end of the gallery has steps, lined with hurricane lamps that lead to the open-air fireplace.

GAME/MEDIA ROOM Providing a comfortable and chic space for guests to relax, the Game Room features a dramatic black

and silver color palette, while the Media Room has warm-hued wood and gold finishes. Both areas have sumptuous furnishings, including a custom billiards table with a cherry blossom print felt surface in the game room, and artwork in the media room.

The Game and Media Room is divided by an omakase sushi bar, where Nobu chefs can prepare and serve meals.

LIVING ROOM The Living Room features a rich neutral palette of green, gold and beige tones, with custom furnishings,

millwork and artwork. Custom L-shaped sofa upholstered in a cream fabric, custom walnut frame lounge chair with light

colored upholstered seats, custom mid-century inspired TV cabinet in wood with a white lacquer finish around the top and sides merge modern and traditional.

Rectangular dining table provides an area for a traditional or formal dining experience. One of a kind art pieces by noted artist Alexander Lamont delight guests and enhance the luxurious

space

DINING ROOM Custom round table with a black oak and gold ceruse top and bronze legs seats 10 people. Custom dining chairs with Noreng fabric. Custom chandelier inspired by chopsticks with a warm bronze finish. Three marbleized abstract sculptures are showcased on up lit wood pedestals.

SWEEPING TERRACE Perched 150’ off the ground, the Nobu Villa Terrace provides sweeping views of the iconic Las Vegas

Strip. Additional highlights of the space include a Robatayaki grill, Zen garden, and a path of sculptural

boulders leading up to a Japanese onsen bath. Designed for entertaining, the large outdoor space features multiple seating configurations including

lounge chairs and a large shaded cabana.

MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH The Master Bedroom features an oversized (90” x 90”) platform bed with a nearly full-height headboard

upholstered in Manta Ray shagreen and framed with black oak and white ceruse wood. Furnishings inspired by nature, including a live edge wood nightstand, custom lamps with wood block

bases and wax paper shades. Room features two armchairs, an ottoman, bench and sofa. Custom rectangular coffee table with a tatami mat inset and a wooden tray for tea service on top. A massage room is adjacent to the Master

o MASTER BATH Reminiscent of a private spa with sauna and elevated round soaking tub. Counter with two sinks and Dornbracht Deque bath fixtures. Well-appointed vanity area Upholstered, Japanese style daybed with leather seat cushions and a wood base.

GUEST BEDROOMS AND BATH4

The two Guest Bedrooms feature custom beds with black oak headboards similar to the one in the Master Bedroom, and walnut lounge furniture and tables.

o BATH The bathrooms are covered in a dramatic textured black and fuchsia wall covering. Each has a soaking tub, and egg shaped sinks set into millwork.
