His activities include Upward Bound, Beta Club, football, choir, Mount Ida Band roadie, National Federation of the Blind of Arkansas-Student Divi-sion Secretary. He is also a blood donor, a member at Faith Tabernacle Church and was selected to attend the HSU 100. He has received the Bud and Katie Sampley Foundation Schol-arship, the University of Arkansas Fort Smith Academic Achievement Scholarship and the Academic Chal-lenge Scholarship. His plans include attending the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with a concentration in game design. He would also like to invent a temporary neuro implant that could be surgically implanted in the back of the brain that would allow a coma patients the opportunity to hear their loved ones’ voices to help them come out of a coma. He would like to expand on that to also create an im-plant that would cure blindness.
