Non-Discrimination Statement The U.S Department of Agriculture prohibits discrimination against its customers, employees,

Annual Civil Rights Training• Subject matter must include, but not be limited to:

– Collection and use of data, – Effective public notification systems, – Complaint procedures, – Requirements for reasonable accommodation of

persons with disabilities, – Requirements for language assistance, – Conflict resolution, and – Customer service

Right to File a Complaint• All written or verbal complaints alleging

discrimination on the basis of protected classes shall be filed within 180 days
