Metal tongue cable ties have higher flexibility and resistance than normal nylon ties. They are available in sizes to suit a wide range of bundle diameters.
• The special design of the metal tongue cable tie guarantees maximum resistance and safety even in the most extreme applications.
• The design of the head optimizes grip, thereby speeding up application.
• The increased size of the hardened stainless steel teeth (with added Molybdenum) ensures extremely high mechanical strength and optimal resistance to corrosion.

These high strength flat head cable ties incorporate a low profile head, high surface area and a closing system with external teeth, ensuring a permanent installation. Applications include electrical installations, industrial wiring, automotive, marine, panel building and outdoor use.
The cable ties feature smooth rounded edges, which makes them easier to be handled and installed. They are made from a softer, more flexible material, ideal for bundling cables and hoses where a high degree of damage protection is required, leaving no sharp edges.

Our range of outside serrated cable ties offer high tensile strengths, low insertion forces and a smooth surface to the cable insulation for minimising any indentation, damage or chance of a ‘short circuit’. The curved shape of the head allows the tie to follow the contours of the cable and takes up less space than other designs of cable ties.
These ties were designed originally for the automotive market but they are now also being used in many areas where thin-walled or soft insulation wires and cable are being installed, such as railways, aircraft, data cable installations and electronics.

Polypropylene cable ties
Polypropylene ties are ideal for use in aggressive chemical environments where chemical effects on nylon are a concern. This is because they are not affected by inorganic acids (hydrochloric), polyhydric alcohols (ethylene glycol), neutral salts (sodium chloride) and basic salts (sodium bicarbonate). They also resist a number of other chemicals with good results, although they have a lower tensile strength than Nylon 6.6.

Cable ties and fixing solutions
HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) demands that effective food safety systems are established through the application of systematic approaches to hazard and risk analysis.
The metal content enables scanners to detect the presence of the ties easily. The colour adds to the visibility, again aiding detection.
Made from a special 6.6 Polyamide, halogen-free material, they are specifically designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Our range of hook and loop polyamide cable ties consists of two mating components: a hook and a loop. The woven hook tape consists of minute, flexible ‘hooks’ which engage with a mating loop tape comprised of small, soft ‘loops’. When pressed together, the resulting closure is adjustable and highly secure. Ideal for use on softer insulations such as fibre optic cables, telephone cables, optical fibre and network cables. Also suitable for temporary insulations.

These self-adhesive cable clips are available in three different sizes. They are tough and provide excellent electrical insulation. High levels of instant tack and shear adhesion are achieved with a coating of 3MTM adhesive on both sides of the white polyethylene foam base.
This self-adhesive cable clip offers durability, excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation. Two clips are assembled on a backing strip, which makes the removal of the clip from the strip far easier to achieve.
The adhesive consists of a white polyethylene foam, coated on both sides with a high performance 3MTM adhesive, providing a particularly high level of instant tack combined with high levels of adhesion. Ideal for use in applications which are difficult to access, or for areas where self-adhesion is the only fixing method possible.

Our range of stainless steel uncoated cable ties are manufactured from 316 stainless steel and have a high tensile strength. The self-locking head design speeds installation and locks into place at any length along the tie. The fully enclosed head does not allow dirt or grit to interfere with the locking mechanism. These ties are flame retardant, tough, corrosion resistant and are ideal for demanding industries such as mass transit, ship building, oil rigs, and mining.

Cable ties and fixing solutions
Our range of nylon coated cable ties feature a buckle type locking mechanism. This provides a quick and easy application which can easily be unfastened for re-using. Suitable for multiple installations over long periods of time in harsh environments such as marine, oil exploration and mining.
The PPA 571 Coating is a thermoplastic coating powder specially designed to provide a long lasting, tough coating for exterior application. PPA 571 is based on an alloy of acid modified polyolefins and provides good abrasion and impact resistance.
