The hydraulic base carrier C600HD isdesigned using modern designcriteria and manufactured accordingto the latest technologies.The C600HDis a sturdy, versatile, 67 ton hydrauliccrawler mounted machine, designedspecifically for geotechnicalengineering applications.

Strength and stabilityHigh stability and a new, powerful,hydraulic system make the machinesuitable for operating with hightorque hydraulic rotary heads andcasing oscillators. Standard, highspeed, independent, 193 kN winchescan easily be substituted withwinches of higher line pull - up to250 kN, either controlled fall or free fall.

HT50 rotary systemThis powerful system is designed toenable the contractor to install and toextract long borehole casings withoutresorting to casing oscillators.Thesystem is made up of a heavy dutymast and support to which the rotaryhead and a strong, winch based,crowd system are attached.The HT 50rotary head, is designed to drill largediameter boreholes and incorporatesa torque multiplier which boosts thetorque to the casing to 545 kNm.The crowd system provides 400 kN ofcrowd and extraction force and astroke of 13,5 m on the rotary head.This combination is the key to theeasy installation and extraction oflong casings.

H 40 rotary systemThe H40 rotary head transmits 400 kNm of torque to the drilling toolmaking it ideal for drilling fast andfor large diameter boreholes.The head can be equipped with acasing driver for driving andextracting casings and it can work incombination with a casing oscillator.The high speed“spin-off”, is an addedfeature which contributes to the agilityof the system.

Ergonomics and safety“keep the operator happy in acomfortable working environment” isour formula for added productivity.The new operator’s cabin is designedaccording to modern ergonomicspractice, it has a wide field of visionand is soundproofed to less than 80 dBa.The C600HD is also designedto satisfy the severe European Unionstandards on safety and ismanufactured to comply with the UNI EN ISO 9001 requirements onquality.

VersatilitàL’elevata stabilità e un efficace impiantoidraulico ne fanno una macchina baseadatta a operare con rotary idrauliche emorse giracolonna.A seconda dellenecessità, il C600HD può venireattrezzato con argani da 193 kN e fino a 250 kN (optional) di tiro massimo,siaa caduta libera che controllata.

Sistema rotary HT50Questo potente sistema è statoprogettato oltre che per la perforazionedi pali di grande diametro,perl’infissione e l’estrazione dei tubi dirivestimento senza l’utilizzo di morsegiracolonna.È costituito da un supporto e da unmast HD speciali, sul quale vieneapplicata la testa di rotazione.La rotary HT50, la cui corsa è di 13,5 m,ha come principalecaratteristica il moltiplicatore di coppiache permette di ottenere una coppiamassima di 545 kNm.Il sistema di spinta,in grado di erogareuna forza di 400 kN,facilita le operazionidi infissione ed estrazione del tubo.

Sistema rotary H40La rotary H40 viene impiegata quando iterreni da scavare risultano essereparticolarmente duri e difficili.La testa di rotazione montata su slitta,scorre lungo il mast e può essere fornitacon il trascinatore per l’infissione deitubi di rivestimento e operare incongiunzione di morse giracolonna.Perfacilitare lo scarico dell’utensile è dotatadel dispositivo “alta velocità”.

Ergonomia e sicurezzaMettere l’operatore nelle miglioricondizioni di lavoro significaottimizzare tempi e costi.Per questo il C600HD è stato progettato secondo i più avanzati studidi ergonomia rispettando le norme sulla sicurezza sancite dalla direttivaEuropea CE e gli alti standard qualitatividella norma UNI EN ISO 9001.La cabina è confortevole con una ampia visuale del campo di lavoro einsonorizzata a 80 Dba.
