PURPOSE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW WORKING GROUP

1. Identify inconsistencies within the Constitution and By-laws

2. Identify where changes can improve the governance of ADEA

3. Identify what specific changes need to be made

4. Make recommendations to the Board

Memberships: Eligibility and allowance for international and expanded

professional acknowledgement memberships Pro rata fees return if required

Issues related to reprimand, suspension, expulsion and appeal:
