Hydraulic & Engineering Instruments, popular-ly known as ‘HEICO’, both to its domestic as

well as overseas customers, proudly presents the5th edition (Revised) of the Product Catalogue. After going through about 160 pages of this cat-alogue, you will get a fairly good understandingof the +500 products manufactured by HEICO.These products cover testing equipment for Soil,Rock, Snow, Cement, Concrete, Aggregate andBitumen. The company has also made great strides andimprovements in test equipment for steel, rubber, paper, plastic, wood, jute & fibres and materialsfor other engineering applications. HEICO prod-ucts are technologically as par with similar prod-ucts from advanced countries in design, perform-ance and operation but with an added advantageof being easily available & affordable than others.More than a true value for the money.

HEICO was started by Late S. Resham Singh in the Year 1972. Since thenthe Company has served the Civil Engineering fraternity & other indus-tries by supplying equipment to a large number of research, teaching, industrial and commercial labs in both Government and Private sectors, domestic and overseas markets for their infrastructure development.Heico has also been a willing partner to augment the efforts of presti-gious institutes and in return received their full co-operation. Suchmutual support resulted in perfecting respective machines with the helpof corresponding organizations as mentioned below: -

For Cyclic Triaxial Test System IISc. , Bangalore.

For Vibro Cone DST / IISc., Bangalore.

For Triaxial Test System for Snow SASE (DRDO), Manali.

Keeping up with our philosophy of doing better & accurate jobs, excelling in in-house production facilities, we have over the years, addedstate of the art CNC & VMC Machines to achieve higher productivity andaccuracy in the manufacturing processes. Consistent & continued R & D efforts have further helped us to upgradethe equipment from Analogue to Digital mode and at the same timemaking them more user friendly. All software incorporated in our equip-ment have been developed and put to use by our dedicated team of soft-ware engineers. The commonly used equipment of great importance likeCTM’s , Triaxials, Consolidations and Shear Testing Machines and manymore have been upgraded to meet the stringent requirements of variousnational and international standards like BIS, BS, ASTM & DIN. Some ofour products like cube moulds carry ISI certification as a mark of qualitybut all other products are manufactured to one or the other standardmentioned above. Further, the testing and calibration of the equipmentis done with the help of instruments certified by NPL/NCCBM/RTC andthus have authentic traceability. For all this and more, Heico QualityManagement system has also registered with ANAB for ISO: 9001 –2008 Certification.
