CONTROL, sistema per ottenere dalla vostra stufa le migliori prestazioni in termini di rendimento e bassi consumi. Una centralina di comando supervisiona continuamente

la temperatura dei fumi e assicura che ci sia sempre l’aria necessaria ad una combustione ottimale, con minimi valori di emissioni. Posizionare la legna, accendere il fuoco

L'accesso alle funzioni di FIRE CONTROL avviene tramite centralina dedicata,

installabile in prossimità della stufa nella posizione ritenuta più idonea. Dotata di

comodi tasti di programmazione e display lcd alfanumerico, permette di impartire

i semplici comandi per il funzionamento e di ricevere svariate informazioni sulle

fasi di lavoro, le temperature di funzionamento, le statistiche delle combustioni e

gli eventuali segnali di allarme.

Die Funktionen von FIRE CONTROL kontrolliert man durch ein Steuergerät, das man

in einer guten Position neben dem Kachelofen installiert. Es ist mit bequemen

Funktionstasten und alphanumerischem LCD-Display ausgestattet und ermöglicht,

einfache Betriebsbefehle zu erteilen und bietet verschiedene Informationen über die

Betriebsphasen, die Temperaturen, die Verbrennungstatistiken und die Alarme an.

The functions of FIRE CONTROL are controlled by a control unit which can be

installed in a suitable position near the stove. The control unit is equipped with

easy programming keys and an alphanumeric LCD display, it allows to input

simple commands and to get information on the different steps, the temperature,

the combustion statistics and the alert.

FIRE CONTROL DELUXE è l'evoluzione della centralina base, di cui mantiene il

principio di funzionamento, e si presenta con un nuovo pannello frontale in vetro

dotato di tasti capacitivi e display lcd grafico. Molte funzionalità sono state aggiunte

in questa versione, tra cui il nuovo modulo GSM opzionale per ricevere sul telefonino

le comunicazioni relative a temperatura combustione, ambiente e allarmi.

FIRE CONTROL DELUXE ist die Entwicklung von der Basissteuerung, von welcher

es das Betribsprinzip erhält, und es verfügt über eine neue Platte aus Glas mit

kapazitiven Tasten und LCD-Grafik-Display. Viele neue Funktionen wurden in

dieser neuen Ausführung beigefügt, unter welchen eine GSM-Funktion: sie

erlaubt, die Informationen über Verbrennungstemperatur, Raum und Alarme auf

Handy zu erhalten.

FIRE CONTROL DELUXE is the improvement of the basic control unit, of which it

keeps the functioning principles. It has a new frontal glass screen with capacitive

keys and a LCD graphic display. In this version many new features have been

added, i.e. the optional GSM function to receive information about combustion

"The best friend of fi re" The flue gas system by Cerampiù is made by Durasic®,

an innovative material based on silicon carbide

(its hardness is similar to the diamond one!) and

fireclay. The combination of these natural elements,

developed in our company laboratory, has allowed to

obtain a product with high efficiency, unique in the

current storage heating division.

The Durasic® flue gas system, thanks to the wide

range of modular components (which are available in

two diameters: 180 mm with large thickness and 160

mm for minimum obstruction), allows a free choice

of size and shape of the stove. This means not only

VFH-12-020-M del 30/10/2012, nel quale sono state anche inserite le modalità di calcolo del Durasic nel software del

programma di calcolo della KOV.

Das Zugsystem DURASIC® wurde bezüglich Wirkungsgrad und Leistung von der Versuchs- und Forschungsanstalt der Hafner (VFH) des Österreichischen Kachelofenverbandes in Wien mit dem Prüfbericht N. VFH-12-020-M vom 30/10/2012 getestet und zertifiziert; in dem Prüfbericht wurden auch die Berechnungsbedingungen von Durasic in der Software des KOV-Berechnungsprogrammes eingefügt.

Durasic fl ue system by Cerampiù is a modular system created and developed to integrate the professional stove fi tters’ expertise, therefore it is not suitable for the DIY installation. Thanks to the wide range of modular components, it allows the stove fi tters an extraordinary freedom in choice of

sizes and shapes of storage stoves and fi replaces, within the professional calculation for planning the fl ue system.

5 Beschreibung des Produktes und technische Daten 5.1 Produktbeschreibung

Das zu testende Produkt sind Zugmodulsteine der Firma Cerampiú, genannt Durasic SiC. Es gibt zwei Arten Durasic SiC, einen mit Wandinnendurchmesser 160 mm und einen mit 180 mm. Laut mitgelieferten Datenblättern haben die Durasic SiC Zugmodulsteine folgende Eigenschaften:

• Rohdichte = 2 g/cm3

• Offene Porosität = 21,8 %

• Druckfestigkeit = 45,4 N/mm2

• Linearer Wärmedehnungskoeffizient zwischen 50 und 400°C = 3,5.10-6 (°C-1) • Linearer Wärmedehnungskoeffizient zwischen 50 und 500°C = 3,4.10-6 (°C-1) • Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit >10 nach EN 993-11:2008

1. La capacità di accumulare calore e rilasciarlo nell’ambiente come calore radiante.È il pregio della maiolica per stufe, assieme al rivestimento

interno in refrattario per via della loro capacità di accumu-

lare calore e formare una così grande massa che può riscal-

dare piacevolmente l’ambiente circostante anche per lungo

tempo dopo lo spegnimento del fuoco.

Le mattonelle, indipendentemente da forma e colore, pos-

siedono un alto grado di assorbimento nei medi infrarossi,

attraverso cui l’irradiazione di calore è molto effi cace per

merito delle temperatura relativamente basse nelle stufe in

maiolica. Grazie al calore radiante, la temperatura dell’am-

biente in una stanza riscaldata con una stufa in maiolica è

notevolmente più gradevole rispetto a quando si utilizzano

altri sistemi di riscaldamento.

2. Forme e colori adattiad ogni stile di abitazione e arredamento.Mai prima d’ora un’epoca ha creato così numerosi stili di

vita individuali. È consentito ciò che piace. Questo vale an-

che per la stufa, la quale ha completato da molto tempo le

forme e i colori tradizionali attraverso numerose varianti. Si

può quindi costruire una stufa come piace ad ogni cliente. 3. Superfi cie in maiolica pratica e durevole.Modellate con estro artigianale, smaltate e cotte ad oltre

mille gradi, le mattonelle in maiolica mostrano allo stesso

vengono in gran parte respinti grazie alla superfi cie liscia e,

se necessario, è suffi ciente utilizzare un panno umido per la

pulizia.

nelle, lavorata abilmente con smalti per ceramica e cotta. In

Gli smalti metallizzati sono caratterizzati da variazioni di eff etto e di tonalità per ogni singolo pezzo. L’assemblaggio di pezzi

tra loro non uniformi ne caratterizza il particolare risultato estetico, e non è da considerarsi in nessun caso difetto.

Die Metallicglasuren können auf jeden einzelnen Kachel verschiedene Farbtöne und Nuancen haben. Die Montage von uneinheitlichen

Kacheln verleiht einen besonderen ästhetischen Eff ekt und stellt auf keinen Fall einen Defekt dar.

The metallic glazes are characterized by eff ect and shade variations in each tile. Assembling not uniform tiles allows to obtain a particular

aesthetic eff ect, which cannot be considered a defect at all.

Con il rispetto dei requisiti della norma e in accordo con le strategie e gli obiettivi generali di crescita sul mercato, intende promuovere: • il ruolo centrale del cliente;• la cultura della qualità;• il miglioramento continuo dell’efficacia e dell’efficienza dei processi aziendali;• la salvaguardia dell’ambiente, la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori.

Cerampiù è associata alla Österreichische Kachelofenverband (ente legislatore di riferimento dei fumisti austriaci ed europei delle aziende produttrici di questo settore ) da novembre 2011. La scelta di aderire a questa associazione nasce dall’esigenza di valorizzare e accrescere l’immagine di azienda leader di questo settore in Italia e attiva anche nella distribuzione all’estero.

Cerampiù ist seit November 2011 Mitglied des Österreichischen Kachelofenverbandes, die Dachorganisation der

österreichischen Hafner und ihrer Zulieferindustrie. Diese Auswahl entsteht aus dem Wunsch, unsere Image als

Marktführer in diesem Bereich in Italien und auch im Ausland zu bestärken und vermehren.

Since November 2011 Cerampiù has joined Österreichische Kachelofenverband (the legislative institution for

Austrian and European stove fitters). The choice to join this association has come with the need to enhance

and enrich our image as leader company in this field in Italy as well as abroad.

Fin dalla sua nascita, Cerampiù aderisce ad Assocosma, un'associazione di persone ed imprese che crea professionalità e competenza specifica nella progettazione, costruzione ed installazione di stufe in maiolica. Gli associati sono tenuti a rispettare, durante la loro attività, il codice deontologico tutelando la specificità della categoria, applicando il controllo qualità, fornendo al cliente informazioni ed istruzioni corrette.

Seit ihrer Gründung ist Cerampiù Mitglied von Assocosma, einem Verband von Hafnern und Unternehmen, der Professionalität und

Handwerkskönnen im Bereich Planung, Aufbau und Installation von Kachelöfen bildet. Die Mitglieder sind verpflichtet, die deontologische

Ordnung während ihrer Aktivitäten zu befolgen, um Schützen der Besonderheit der Kategorie, Anwenden der Qualitätskontrolle,

Kundenerteilung von richtigen Informationen und Anleitungen zu sichern.

Since its establishment, Cerampiù has joined Assocosma, an association of people and companies which creates professionalism and

specific expertise in planning, building and installing tile stoves. Each associate member has to respect, during his activity, the ethical code

by protecting the peculiarity of the group, applying the quality control, supplying customers with correct information and instructions.
