La empresa desde su fundación ha diseñado y fabricado estructuras para proyectos con una potencia superior a los 800 MW, en los cinco continentes, siendo el 95% de estos proyectos fuera de España.

Estos más de 800 MW de proyectos han supuesto la ingeniería y transformación de más de 50.000 toneladas de acero en estos años, otorgando a Praxia una gran experiencia técnica e industrial.

The company has designed and manufactured structures for projects with a power above 800 MW in the five continents since its foundation, with 95% of these projects outside Spain.

Depuis sa fondation, l’entreprise a conçu et fabriqué des structures pour différents projets avec puissance supérieure à 800 MW, sur les cinq continents, dont 95 % de ces projets ont été réalisés hors d’Espagne.

Ces projets de plus de 800 MW ont entraîné l’ingénierie et la transformation de plus de 50.000 tonnes d’acier au cours de ces années, en attribuant à Praxia une grande expérience technique et industrielle.

Praxia diseña y fabrica estructuras para suelo (tanto mono como biposte), estructuras para cubiertas (coplanares y orientadas), seguidores solares a 1 eje y marquesinas para aparcamientos.

Praxia designs and manufactures ground structure installations (both monopile and double-pile), roof-top structures (flat and oriented), solar trackers of single axis and parking shelters.

Praxia conçoit et fabrique des structures photovoltaïques au sol (aussi bien mono que bi-poste), structures sur toitures (coplanaires et orientées), traqueurs solaires 1 axe (ou suiveurs solaires) et auvents ou abris pour parking.

Una vez analizada esta información, Praxia realiza la oferta técnico-economica, incluyendo en la misma tanto el calculo estructural como la solución para el hincado o alternativa (zapatas de hormigón, perforado…).

Si la oferta es aceptada por el Cliente, Praxia cuenta para la fabricación con medios muy especializados tales como perfiladoras en frio con una amplísima variedad de secciones, punzones y perfiles que nos permiten adaptarnos a las exigencias de cada proyecto.

Once this information is analysed, Praxia prepares the technical-economic offer, including the structural calculation and the pile driving solution or an alternative (concrete footing, drilling…).

If the qotation is accepted by the client, Praxia has very specialized means for production, such as cold rolling machines with a wide variety of sections, punches and profiles that allow us to adapt to the requirements of each project.

Après avoir analysé cette information, Praxia effectue l’offre technico-économique, en y ajoutant à la fois le calcule structurel et la solution pour un système d’ancrage à pieux battus ou d’un autre système alternative (fondation superficielle et support en béton, perforation, …)

Si l’offre est acceptée par le client, Praxia prend en compte la fabrication avec des moyens très spécialisés tels que les profileuses à froid avec une grande variété de sections, poinçons et profilés permettant de nous adapter aux exigences de chaque projet.

Trabajamos con un alto estándar de calidad ya que todos nuestros perfiles van mecanizados de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada proyecto, siendo el acero en calidades S235JR, S275JR y S355JR, galvanizado por inmersión en caliente de acuerdo a la norma ISO1461 (o con recubrimiento especifico en los proyectos que asi lo requieran por su elevada agresividad ambiental).

We work with a high standard of quality since all our profiles are mechanized according to the needs of each project, such as steel in qualities S235JR, S275JR and S355JR, hot dip galvanized according to ISO1461 (or with specific coating In the projects that so require because of their high environmental aggressiveness).

Nous travaillons avec un standard de qualité élevé étant donné que tous nos profilés sont mécanisés en fonction des besoins de chaque projet, demeurant l’acier en différentes qualités S235JR, S275JR et S355JR, galvanisé par immersion à chaud selon la norme ISO1461 (ou avec revêtement spécifique dans les projets qui en font la demande en raison de leur environnement agressif).

Asimismo, utilizamos tornillería en acero inoxidable con arandelas “grower”, y suministramos con nuestras estructuras piezas intermedias de poliamida6 para evitar el acoplamiento galvanico entre el aluminio (marco del modulo) y el acero de la estructura, asi como opcionalmente “grounding plate” para conectar eléctricamente los marcos de los paneles entre si.

We also use stainless steel screws with grower washers, and we supply polyamide 6 intermediate parts with our structures, to avoid galvanic coupling between the aluminium (frame of the module) and the steel of the structure, and optionally grounding plate to electrically connect the frames of the panels together.

Nous utilisons également une gamme de visserie en acier inoxydable avec des rondelles “Grower”, et nous fournissons avec nos structures des pièces intermédiaires de polyamide 6 afin d’éviter la formation de couple galvanique entre l’aluminium (cadre du module) et l’acier de la structure, voire éventuellement “grounding plate” pour relier électriquement les cadres des panneaux entre eux.

Nuestra empresa partner de montaje ofrece hincado y montaje completo, siendo el montaje únicamente atornillado, no necesitando realizar ningún corte ni punzonado en obra.

Nuestra empresa partner dispone de su propia maquinaria de hincado y perforado.

Praxia is in charge of the logistics of sending the materials to the project, according to Incoterm agreed with the client.

Our partner company, in charge of assembling, offers pile driving and complete assembly, only needing screw mounting, not having to make any cuts or punching work on-site.

組み立てを担う当社のパートナー会社は完全な突固めと組み立てを提供しており、設計物を切ったり穴を開けたりする必要なく、ネジで留めるだけで組み立てられるようになっています。

また、弊社のパートナー会社は、突固めと穿孔を行うための特有の機械設備を保有しています。
