I n t h e s a m e w a y , t h e p r o p o s a l s i n t h e Bill for t h e p r o v i s i o n of s m a l l h o l d i n g s , b o t h for t h e u n e m p l o y e d and for o t h e r p e r s o n s c a p a b l e of c u l t i v a t i n g s u c h h o l d i n g s eff icient ly, will c rea te a d d i t i o n a l w o r k b y t h e e r e c t i o n of d w e l l i n g h o u s e s , f a r m buildings, p r o v i s i o n of w a t e r s u p p l y a n d o t h e r e q u i p m e n t n e c e s s a r y for t h e s u b - d i v i s i o n of e x i s t i n g f a r m s s e l e c t e d a s s u i t a b l e for con ­version i n t o s m a l l h o l d i n g s . O v e r a n d a b o v e t h i s , t h e s m a l l h o l d i n g s themselves , i n a d d i t i o n t o p r o v i d i n g a fu l le r o p p o r t u n i t y for e x i s t ­ing f a rm w o r k e r s a n d o t h e r s , w i l l , i t i s e x p e c t e d , e n a b l e m e n n o w unemployed i n o t h e r i n d u s t r i e s t o b e c o m e p e r m a n e n t l y se l f - suppor t ­ing.
