Special Father’s Day Remembrance This Sunday is Father’s Day. Give your Father a spiritual bouquet this Father’s Day! This weekend, special gold embossed Father’s Day cards will be available in the gathering area for an offering of one dollar ($1). Fathers (living and deceased) will share in the spiritual benefits of Masses offered.

June 16 The MostHoly Trinity 2019

Children’s Liturgy of the Word… will be suspended during the summer months. The children’s liturgy will resume in September.

“The Spirit of truth will guide you to all truth...Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that He will take from me what is mine and declare it to you.” John 16: 12-15

Today’s feast of the Trinity calls us to recognize the fingerprints of God in every molecule of creation, in every moment of inspiration, in every work of peace. Faith begins with realizing the Spirit of God breathing life into all that exists; faith then compels us to continue the creative work of God, to embrace and be embraced by the love of God that envelops every wonder of nature and every manifestation of compassion. May God, the Giver and Author of everything that is good, give us the wisdom to discover the goodness in all things and make faithful and hope-filled use of that goodness to transform our lives and world in the life and love of God.

GOD, OUR FATHER

God, our Father, bless these men, that they may find strength as fathers. Let the example of their faith and love shine forth. Grant that we, their sons and daughters, may honor them always with a spirit of profound respect. - Author Unknown

Ireland seems to be a favored destination for our parish community! If you’re still considering our October pilgrimage

to the Emerald Isle, please don’t delay. With only 3 seats remaining, this trip will sell out soon! Call the Rectory or visit the parish website for the brochure and registration form.

Coffee & Donuts Coffee & donuts are served on Sundays after the 9 am & 11 am Masses. All parishioners and visitors are invited to join us in the Church hall for coffee and fellowship.

Journey of Faith

Journey of Faith is a program that is designed to meet the unique catechetical needs of children and teens, ages 7-14. Journey of Faith is open to unbaptized and baptized children who are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith. Young people and their parents, who are seeking to know Jesus and learn about the faith traditions of the Catholic Church, are invited to join us. Sacraments are celebrated according to each family’s needs. Journey of Faith will be offered this summer beginning in June. Please call Colleen at 216 -226-5116 for additional information.

Crucial Need for Servers! If you have completed 3rd grade this year, are a senior in high school, or anywhere in between, you can be a server. We are in great need of servers, and if you can give one to two hours a month, you can provide a

tremendous help to the Saint Clement parish community. As a grandfather, I know how busy life is for our young children with the workload of school, sports and other activities. But, if you can give a little time to serving, you will also be helping the servers we have now so they can devote more time to school, etc. Please call me at 216-375-9340, or email me at [email protected] to schedule a time to meet and get trained. Blessings, Deacon Danny

The Best Father’s Day Gift The best gift you can give is your time. This Father’s Day weekend, make sure to invite Dad (and the rest of your family) to spend time at The FEST on Sunday, August 4th. This year there will again be a Man Cave which will be packed with games and recliners for dads to relax. Be sure to check out the excellent live music from artists like Jordan Feliz, Tenth Avenue North, Matt Maher, and Casting Crowns. We come together each year to celebrate what matters most - faith and family. We use FEST 2019 to reflect on what is most important for us to pass on from one generation to the next - a deeper faith, a better world, a stronger love in Christ our Lord. The FEST truly is the perfect family day for all generations - all for FREE. For more information go to: www.theFEST.us.
