Rollin’ Faies are a strictly no red meat zone, but given the tastes their New Orleans inspired Tex Mex delights dish up, you won’t miss it. Their core ingredients are built around jerk seasoned tofu, caramelized tilapia, chipotle cream and Monterey jack cheese, with offerings including rice bowls, tacos, nachos and the legendary ‘faie’ burritos.
