Bysteel is an autonomous company within the parent company dst SA, a business group of civil construction

and public works, located in the city of Braga, Portugal. With several business areas, such as quarries,

geotechnical and special foundations, concrete, wood and furniture, and ornamental metalwork, the dst group

has a vast experience which started in the 1940s, and has been, since then, attending the demands of today's

markets with confirmed success. Bysteel specializes in the manufacture and assembly of steel structures for

the construction industry such as industrial and commercial buildings, rehabilitation of buildings, artworks,

housing and offices, etc. Bysteel's mission is focused in creating sustainable value, producing high quality steel

structures, with short delivery deadlines and competitive prices in order to ensure the satisfaction of

shareholders, employees, clients and suppliers.

Location

Bysteel’s headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Braga, Portugal. It has a total area of 50.000

sqm, 12.000 sqm of which contain the manufacturing facility. We are in a unique position to export, 57 km

from Oporto port and 49 km from the international airport of Oporto.

Bysteel also has offices in Luanda, where it is implemented since 2009.

We also have a wide experience in terms of exports: Morocco, France, Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela,

Jamaica, Angola and Mozambique.

Bysteel specializes in the manufacture and assembly of steel structures for the construction industry such as

industrial and commercial buildings, rehabilitation of buildings, artworks, housing and offices, etc.

What we do

For each type of building and structures that bysteel sets out to perform, we offer our customers the following

services:

Manufacture and assembly of medium / heavy steel structures

Application of coverings and coatings of any type on any different surfaces

Corrosion protection treatment on all metallic surfaces

Manufacture and installation of side frames (windows, walls, slabs, roofs etc.)

Engineering Project Design (complete project, studies of constraints, improving existing project etc.).
