Welcome to Byliners retail revenue report. Every month, we distribute this report to our writers and their agents as well as our co-publishers. This report contains sales and revenue figures dating from the release of a titlethrough the most recent month for which we have received final sales numbers. Please review the FAQ below for answers to some common questions.

HOW IS THE REPORT STRUCTURED?

This report is broken down by title and organizes net units, total net revenue, and payee revenue share by retail outlet. The Title by Channel column lists the title of the work along with the retail outlet where the work is sold.The Net Units column shows the number of units sold (after taking returns into account). The Total Net Revenue column reflects the revenue received by Byliner (after fees). The Payee Revenue Share column shows the

payee's share of the total net revenue. The Payments column reflects the payments made in the month indicated.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE PAYMENTS AND REPORTS?

Byliner receives revenue from retail outlets between 60 and 90 days after the sale of your story. Once received, we make revenue sharing payments as quickly as possibleusually within 30 days. We send out reports on amonthly basis, even if you arent due a payment. If you receive a payment from us, the corresponding report will be sent via email shortly thereafter. The total amount of all payments you have received to-date will be listedunder the Payment Summary.

I DIDNT RECEIVE A PAYMENT THIS MONTH. WHY?

Byliner may have paid you an assignment fee, which acts as an advance against revenue share payments that Byliner owes you. If y ou did not receive a payment, its because the amount of revenue share Byliner owes you isnot yet greater than the fee we paid you. For your reference, the fee amount is located just below each title in the Title by Channel column. But not to worry: As soon as youre owed revenue share beyond your fee, you willpromptly receive payment.
