OCTOBER 2016 ❖ CAMP SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL 3

CONTENTS

Is NBAA2016 on your mind? It’s on ours! But before I jump into trade show chatter, I’d like to introduce myself to

those of you who don’t already know me. Hi, I’m Dennis Foote, Senior Manager, Regional Field Service. I’ve been at CAMP for 4 ½ years now, connecting with our customers in the South Central region of the United States, as the area’s Field Service Rep. It’s a pleasure to be communicating with you through InSight. Now, some of you may be wondering, where is Roy this month? Well, the answer is bittersweet. Roy has taken on a new and challenging experience outside of CAMP. While we hate to see him go, we wish him the best of luck in his new endeavor. I imagine the next question that may come to light is, who will support customers in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas now? No worries my South Central friends, it’s still me! I’ve got you covered. Now, let’s turn our sights to trade shows.

The NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) is just around the corner. Slated for November 1-3, this year the Convention touches down at Orlando Executive Airport (MCO) in Orlando, Florida. Industry colleagues will gather at this central location from destinations worldwide. Statistics show that 95 countries and 49 U.S. states were represented at last year’s event. It is estimated that over 27,000 business aviation professionals will grace the Orange County Convention Center. An additional 100 exhibitors are expected at the 2016 convention, which raises the tally to 1,100. Over 50 Education and Maintenance and Operations (M&Os) Sessions will be held during the event’s three day duration. Did you know that, according to the NBAA, 57% of exhibitors have participated in the convention for more than 10 years? That certainly speaks volumes.

This year you will find CAMP at booth #3939, joined by sister companies AMSTAT and Aircraft Shopper Online (ASO). Anyone on the team will tell you that one of our favorite things about the

show is connecting with our customers. Whether you have questions, want to explore our services or just want to drop by for a quick ‘hello,’ don’t hesitate! Please come on by.

At this year’s convention we plan to showcase our latest innovations to the CAMP Inventory Management System (IMS), some of which include:

• A New Look & Feel that is both intuitive and easy on the eyes.

• Easy to use Navigation Panels for accessing the various Inventory Pages and Reports

• Inventory Dashboard that contains a list of open Requisitions, Purchases and Service Orders

• Enhanced Stock Room and Requisition Search

Come and experience the new, enhanced IMS.

CAMP EHM migration efforts continue to progress steadily and are scheduled into 2017. EHM experts will be available to answer your questions and demo the latest CAMP EHM features and functionality.

This year’s Convention is sure to be great. We look forward to seeing you there!

DID YOU KNOW? Regardless of where you may be situated within the application, repositioning yourself to a new screen is as simple as accessing the Navigation Panel located on the left side of the screen.

The panel serves information using a logically orga-nized order of hierarchy which first presents all avail-able “Fleet” listings, each containing functions al-lowing users to present data at a multi-aircraft level, followed by access to all individual “Aircraft” within these fleet which carry their own functions as well.

The panel also makes accessible all uninstalled spares under the control of the operator. These take the form of engines, propellers, and auxiliary power units.

Were you aware that the application offers the ability to have multiple windows open at any given time? Within a particular fleet, aircraft, or spare the system will serve new pages in the form of individual tabs al-lowing for quick access to each and a more efficient experience extracting data from the application.

Features Specific to Pratt & Whitney Canada engines

ADAS Logs Aircraft equipped with Aircraft Data Acquisition System monitors will be able to see the monitor recording details using the ADAS Logs tab nested in the “Other” tab. (Note: ADAS Logs are only available for aircraft equipped with PWC Monitors.)

The basic Information front page gives a broad de-scription of the aircraft details as well as a summary of the Upload Date, Trend Date, Event Date, Eng. Run Date, TSN and Flag Date. (Note: TSN (Time Since New) is computed by the monitor and may not be the same as the TSN of the engine.)

Upload Date - Clicking on this date brings you to the ‘View Upload History’ tab with an initial filter of 1 month for this specific engine. See section ‘View Upload History’ in main body for details.

Trend Date - Clicking on the ‘Trend Date’ loads a tab on the “Asset Transmission Details” section that outlines the raw data that was inputted for a given initial filter of 1 day for that aircraft. Clicking on the “Graph Trends” button brings you to the regular EHM graph.

By scrolling down and going to the rightmost column and clicking on the “View” tab for Sensor Details, you can see complete details of all the sensors that were captured by the monitor. It will open up a new tab under the Asset Transmission Details called “Cruise Trend”

Event Date - Clicking on the Event Date loads all the event information for the most recent date in the “Asset Transmission Details” section. Clicking on the “Plot” icon will show the event graph.

Eng. Run Date - Clicking on the Engine Run Date will populate a table in the Asset Transmission Details section outlining the details of the lat-est engine runs. It pre-populates a list for the last month of data.

The ADAS asset name only shows a date for the Upload Date and Flag Date. The Upload date for this asset indicates the last time the ADAS connected to EHM. The Flag Date will show basic details of Flags that have been recorded on the ADAS. These relate to the performance of the monitor and not the per-formance of the engines.

DTU Logs The DTU Logs page, nested directly above the ADAS Logs, shows the details of the DTU unit itself regard-ing the installation ID as well as all relevant upload details. (Note: DTU Logs are only available for aircraft equipped with this specific PWC Monitor.)

P&WC Alert Status Definitions GREEN: Engine trends do not show any issue.

BLUE: Gradual trend shift has been detected. Shift is considered normal deterioration therefore no engine troubleshooting required. Alert issued for information purposes only.

BROWN: A] Data quality issue has been detected. Recommend instrumentation troubleshooting at next convenient opportunity. B] Unreported main-tenance is suspected of causing trend shift. Rec-ommend reporting of recent engine maintenance at next convenient opportunity.

YELLOW: Trend shift has been detected. Recom-mend engine troubleshooting to confirm trend at the next convenient opportunity.

RED: Significant trend shift has been detected. Recommend engine troubleshooting at earliest convenient opportunity.

FAA Issues Airline Guidance on Recalled DevicesSeptember 16 – Following a Consumer Product Safety Commission recall of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, the FAA is issuing general guidance to airlines about the rules for carrying recalled or de-fective lithium devices on board aircraft as cargo or in carry-on luggage.

U.S. hazardous material regulations prohibit air cargo shipments of recalled or defective lithium batteries and lithium battery-powered devices, and passengers may not turn on or charge the de-vices when they carry them on board a plane. Pas-sengers must also protect the devices from acci-dental activation, including disabling any features that may turn on the device, such as alarm clocks, and must not pack them in checked luggage.

The FAA issued the Safety Alert for Opera-tors, or SAFO, in conjunction with a Pipeline nd Hazardous Materials Safety Administration safety advisory.

The SAFO urges the airlines: to ensure that cargo and passenger processing employees, and those responsible for cabin safety, are aware of the rules; to ensure that cargo customers are aware of the rules; and to include information and guidance on their websites about damaged or recalled lithi-um batteries and devices.

The SAFO notes that the hazardous material regu-lations do not preclude an airline from proactively placing its own restrictions on carrying or using specific lithium battery products on board aircraft, prior to an official government recall or advisory.

FAA Rebate Program for General Aviation Aircraft Owners Who Equip with Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) September 13, 2016, Washington – Federal Avia-tion Administration (FAA) Administrator Mi-chael Huerta announced today that the FAA is delivering on its commitment to incentivize gen- Source: News updates for the Federal Aviation Administration

eral aviation aircraft owners to equip their aircraft with required NextGen avionics technology be-fore the January 1, 2020 deadline.

On September 19, 2016, the FAA’s Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) rebate website [went] live, and general aviation aircraft owners have the opportunity to apply for a $500 rebate to help offset the cost to equip eligible aircraft in a timely manner, rather than waiting to meet the mandatory equipage date.

“NextGen has played and will continue to play an important role in ensuring that our airspace is safe and efficient for the American people, and we are focused on achieving its full poten-tial,” said U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx. “This incentive program is an innovative solution that addresses stakeholder concerns about meeting the 2020 deadline, and will make a huge difference in helping the general aviation community equip.”

ADS-B is a foundational NextGen technology that transforms aircraft surveillance using satel-lite-based positioning. ADS-B Out, which is re-quired by January 1, 2020, transmits information about a plane’s altitude, speed, and location to air traffic control and other nearby aircraft. ADS-B In allows aircraft to receive traffic and weather information from ground stations and to see nearby aircraft that are broadcasting their posi-tions through ADS-B Out. Owners can choose to install only ADS-B Out equipment to meet the 2020 requirement, or they can purchase an integrated system that also includes ADS-B In.

On June 6, 2016, Secretary Foxx and FAA Ad-ministrator Michael Huerta announced that the rebates would be available starting this fall, and that only installations performed after the pro-gram launched would be eligible for the rebate. Previously equipped aircraft will not be eligible. The $500 rebate will help offset the cost of pur-chasing required avionics equipment, which is available for prices as low as $2,000.

Beginning this month, the FAA will issue 20,000 rebates on a first-come, first-served basis for one year or until all 20,000 rebates are claimed – whichever comes first. The rebate is available only to owners of U.S.-registered, fixed-wing, single-engine piston aircraft that were first regis-tered before January 1, 2016. The FAA will not provide rebates for software upgrades on already equipped aircraft, or for aircraft for which the FAA has paid or committed to upgrade. The

FAA estimates that 160,000 aircraft need to be equipped by the deadline.

“We promised that we would help aircraft own-ers equip with ADS-B, and I am pleased to say that today we are honoring that commitment and we are delivering on our target date,” said Huerta. “We are encouraging aircraft owners to start equipping now. Do not wait until the last minute, because you may not be able to get an appointment with a certified installer.”

Aircraft owners who have a standard airworthi-ness aircraft may have a repair station or an appro-priately-licensed A&P mechanic install the ADS-B equipment. Owners of aircraft certificated as experimental or light sport must adhere to appli-cable regulations and established standards when installing ADS-B equipment.

Owners are only eligible for the rebate if they in-stall the avionics after September 19, 2016 and within 90 days of the rebate reservation date. Air-craft owners will have 60 days after the scheduled installation date to validate their equipage by fly-ing their aircraft, and will then be able to claim the rebate. The reservation system will require an N number, installation date, and the planned ADS-B equipment being installed. The reservation sys-tem will be available at the ADS-B Rebate website [www.faa.gov/nextgen/equipadsb/rebate].

The FAA published a final rule in May 2010 man-dating that aircraft flying in certain controlled air-space be equipped with ADS-B Out by January 1, 2020. That airspace is generally the same busy airspace where transponders are required today. Aircraft that fly only in uncontrolled airspace where no transponders are required, and aircraft without electrical systems, such as balloons and gliders, are exempt from the mandate.

The FAA has been working with stakeholders, including the Aircraft Electronics Association, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the Experimental Aircraft Association, the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, and others to inform and educate the aviation community about the ADS-B requirements.

More information about equipping and the rebate program is available on the following websites:

The Hawker 400XP has proven to be a sound investment in the light jet market. It is the per-fect choice for short – mid range trips providing comfort, performance and operating efficiency. Regardless of your destination the comfortable cabin design ensures that you will have a pleasur-able, productive trip. Considered to be one of the fastest jets in its category the Hawker 400XP is a solid performer that has provided its owners with time savings, operating efficiency and safety.

The predecessor to the Hawker 400XP was initially designed by Mitsubishi as the Mitsubishi MU-300 Diamond,

the production rights were later sold to Beech Aircraft and the aircraft was then designated as the Beechjet 400. Some years later following Ray-theon’s acquisition of Beech Aircraft and British Aerospace the Beechjet 400 was renamed the Hawker 400. The Hawker 400XP is the result of additional enhancements made to the aerody-namic and mechanical systems along with interior improvements.

The Hawker 400XP, considered to be one of the fastest light business jets, received FAA certi-fication in 2004 and is powered by twin fuel-ef-ficient Pratt & Whitney JT15D-5R engines. This versatile jet can reach a maximum cruise speed of 518 mph and a maximum altitude of 45,000 feet. The cockpit features Rockwell Collins Pro-Line avionics suite and space for two crew members.

The unique square–oval design of the Hawker 400XP’s cabin provides a spacious 305 cubic feet of interior space and a flat floor that makes it easy for passengers to move throughout the cabin. De-signed to accommodate up to 7 passengers this jet also has internal and external baggage space that totals 53 cubic feet. In addition to the comfort-able seating the typical cabin amenities include a fully-enclosed lavatory and full refreshment cen-ter and dual zone temperature controls.

Of the 251 Hawker 400XP aircraft produced, 240 remain active. The majority of the active aircraft, 158, are located in North America. The next largest population of 42 aircraft is located in South/Central America, 17 aircraft reside in the Middle East. Asia and Western Europe each have 9 aircraft and there is 1 of these aircraft located in each of the Eastern Europe and Australia/Oceania regions.

At the present time AMSTAT is reporting that there are 20 Hawker 400XP’s for sale. The percentage of the active fleet sold in the second quarter of 2016 was down to 1%, a decrease from 2% for the same period in 2015. As might be ex-pected the average number of days on the market is up slightly from the same period last year from

Presidents And Aeroplanes

with Giacinta Bradley KoontzInsighttothePast

Giacinta Bradley Koontz is an aviation historian and author. Visit her website at: www.GiaBKoontz.com

During January 1943, wartime Commander-in-Chief, Franklin D. Roosevelt became the first President to fly when he secretly met with British Prime Minister Winston Churchill in Africa. Leaving from Florida on a Pan Am 314 Dixie Clipper, Roosevelt endured thirty-three hours in the noisy, cramped unpressurized flying boat, and then almost immediately transferred to a Douglas C-54 Skymaster for an additional nine hours, landing in Casablanca. In 1945, a C-54 became the first aircraft built expressly for the use of the President. It was introduced as The Flying White House, but the press dubbed it, “The Sacred Cow.” As the President used a wheelchair, the aircraft was adapted with a ramp instead of stairs, and later included an enclosed lift which retracted from below. FDR preferred transportation on the ocean instead of over it, but his wife, Eleanor, was enthralled with aviation and traveled often as the President’s “eyes and

There may be Presidents of many nations with undocumented first flights, but Mexico’s President, Francisco I.

Madero, is recorded as the first active head of state to fly in an aeroplane. The affair took place at Mexico City’s Valbuena Aviation Field during November 1911. Also noteworthy, the Moisant International Aviator exhibition team accomplished the first flight of a woman in Mexico, made by Matilde Moisant. In addition to performances, the flying team was invited to social functions at the new President’s palace. Madero had overthrown his predecessor, and the political climate was still volatile. The air meet was wildly popular, and offered Madero an opportunity to make a civilized public appearance. He toured the airfield and sheds, intrigued by the potential military use of aircraft. American aviator George Dyott took Madero aloft for ten minutes in his open cockpit monoplane, a delicate Deperdussin. Dyott then

carried local hero, “Gaona,” undoubtedly, the first bullfighter to fly.

Two years prior to Madero’s flight with Dyott, an American President had flown – but not while Chief Executive.

One year after he left office as the 26th President (1901-1909), Theodore Roosevelt accepted the invitation to be the passenger for a flight in a Wright biplane flown by Archibald “Arch” Hoxsey, only recently in possession of his aviator’s license. As part of the Wright Exhibition Flying Team, Hoxsey was just 26 years old when he took off from St. Louis’s Kinloch Field placing TR in history as the first (ex) President to go aloft on October 11, 1910. The short flight went “bully” for the two, but critics felt it was foolhardy. Hoxsey was killed two months later in Los Angeles, California while attempting an altitude record.

ears.” During the 1930s when air travel was still a hard sell, Mrs. Roosevelt became known as the “Flying First Lady.” She once flew at night over Washington, D.C. in the company of Amelia Earhart, glad for the publicity that boosted air travel.

The first President to make a domestic flight while in office was to be Harry S. Truman (1945-1953) aboard the “Sacred Cow” previously adapted for FDR. On July 19, 1945, Truman boarded the C-54 in Washington, D.C. and flew to Olympia, Washington and on to San Francisco where he addressed the United Nations conference. In 1947 a Douglas DC-6 was built to the specifications of a Flying White House. Truman called it the “Independence,” after his hometown. During Dwight Eisenhower’s term (1953-1961) the decision was made that any aircraft on which a current President was a passenger was officially named “Air Force One.”

The first and only President of the Russian Soviet Federation Socialist Republic was Boris Yeltsin, elected in June 1991 and again in 1996, thereby safely entering the record books by frequently flying while in office, until his resignation in 1999. Perhaps not famous for his first flight, Yeltsin is certainly remembered for his flight into Shannon, Ireland in 1994, when he kept Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Albert Reynolds waiting on the ground, speculating that Yeltsin was too drunk to debark. Notwithstanding Yeltsin’s reputation as a heavy drinker, he reportedly suffered a mild heart attack en route, causing the delay while receiving medical attention.

Moisant’s team of aviators continued to travel within Mexico during 1911, sometimes dodging attacks by revolutionaries. President Madero did not escape the tumult; he was overthrown and executed two years later. Late in her long life, Matilde Moisant recalled dropping a bouquet of flowers tethered to a stone from her monoplane onto the President’s palace courtyard. It was meant as a “Thank You” for his Excellency’s hospitality, which he gracefully acknowledged the next day, complimenting her accuracy. “I got your flowers, Miss Moisant,” said Madero, “Now if that had been a bomb, I wouldn’t be here today.” Unflustered, Moisant replied, “It was only a bomb of friendship.”

Talk about a Presidential “first.”

“Arch” Hoxsey and his famous passenger, former President Theodore Roosevelt. TR was having such a good time waving to the crowd below that Hoxsey was afraid he'd fall out. After the three minute flight TR shook Hoxsey's hand, shouting, "Bully! I only wish I could stay up an hour." Photo courtesy of San Diego Air & Space Museum, CA.

EHM Case Study

Following a routine trend analysis of customer-trans-mitted engine performance data, an EHM Analyst vali-dated a trend shift in en-gine performance indicat-ing probable hot section distress. The analyst noti-fied the operator via email with the following trend alert notification:

The operator subsequently performed a boroscopic inspection that revealed:

• HP vane inner platform trailing edge erosion damage

• HP turbine blade tips leading edges eroded

• HP turbine blade tips burnt/eroded

As a result, the operator was able to successfully plan and schedule the necessary maintenance actions, avoid-ing a possible unscheduled engine re-moval. The engine was subsequently removed and replaced, and the aircraft

returned to service.

Through the early detection provid-ed by CAMP EHM, maintenance plan-ning efforts were effectively managed, thus preventing excessive maintenance costs and minimizing aircraft downtime.

“dNh has gradually decreased by 0.5% while dITT and dWf have increased by 15degC and 15pph respectively. This ECTM signature indicates possible signs of hot section issues. A common first step in the recommendation is to perform borescope inspection of hot section… “

The reason that these tasks are listed on your due list, typically is because the OEM has recommended that the task needs to be performed within a specific period of time, and may therefore be scheduled in CAMP according to this recommendation. You may decide to keep this task scheduled as is, or re-schedule it to coincide with upcoming maintenance at a time of your conve-nience. Simply indicate your intentions on the CAMP work card and return it back to CAMP, this will effectively re-move the new requirement flag as well as reschedule it according to the data provided on the work card.

If I update tasks on-line do I need to send in the completed CAMP work cards?

Yes, the completed cards should be sent in for the following reasons (1) the ana-lyst can review what you have entered (2) the completed card(s) can be linked to the task (3) this will ensure accuracy and completeness. Also please note that all completed work cards should be sent in to our NY office either by fax at 1-800-787-9749 (US-toll free), e-mail at [email protected], or mail.

When I comply with Packages do I have to fill out all the forms and send them in order to update the package?

If all the items in the package are com-plied with you can send in only the package cover sheets filled out with

Bombardier Marks Dallas Training Center’s 15th Year Anniversary

• Over 45,000 customers trained since 2001

• 21,000 hours of customer simulator flight time in 2015 alone

September 7, 2016, Dallas Business Aircraft – Bom-bardier Business Aircraft marks its Dallas Training Center’s 15th anniversary today. The Dallas training facility has trained over 45,000 customers since its opening and provided over 21,000 hours of customer simulator flight time just last year.

Bombardier’s Dallas Training Center operates a com-prehensive pilot and technical training facility in Dal-las for the Learjet 40, Learjet 45, Learjet 70, Learjet 75, Challenger 300, Challenger 350, Challenger 604, Challenger 605 and Global 5000/Global 6000 featur-ing Bombardier Vision flight deck aircraft. Training is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Transport Canada, CAAC and many other CAAs worldwide.

Most recently, the Dallas Training Center added the Challenger 350 simulator, which received certification by the FAA, EASA, and Transport Canada in 2014 and by China CAAC and Brazil ANAC in 2015.

Centrally located for easy travel, Bombardier’s Dal-las Training Center offers courses onsite and offsite with well-trained pilots and technicians. Bombardier

instructors teach all courses, and pilot instructors are type-rated and current in the aircraft they teach. Located on the west side of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in Texas, Bombardier’s Dallas Training Center is an 82,800-sq-ft facility that includes six Level D full-flight simulators with the lat-est visual systems and modern updated cockpits, two flight training devices, six flight management system trainers, 21 multimedia, interactive classrooms and numerous part task training devices.

“Bombardier’s Dallas Training Center has over 50 trained pilot instructors with unparalleled experienced who have logged significant flight hours on Bombar-dier aircraft. We not only build the aircraft, but we also fly them and know them best. We are proud of the 15 years of service we have provided to over 45,000 cus-tomers,” said Leon Botteron, General Manager, Train-ing, Bombardier Business Aircraft.

“We are the only business aircraft OEM offering full-suite flight and technical training on products in house, with well-trained and knowledgeable pilot in-structors at both our Montréal and Dallas facilities. Our customers know the line of communication re-mains open well after their training is complete, with customer liaison pilots around the world available to answer their questions,” added Andy Nureddin, Vice President and General Manager, Customer Services, Bombardier Business Aircraft.

Bombardier’s eLearning CoursesBombardier has over 20 years of experience in de-signing, developing, and delivering computer-based training (CBT) and 10 years in web-based training. Bombardier is also the first Part 142 Training provider to obtain FAA certification to offer distance learning (i.e., eLearning) for credit.

For information on the extensive list of current onsite technical courses are available, visit the Bombardier Training site [at www.batraining.com/onsites].

Bombardier Business Aircraft’s Service Centre Network Marks Completion of Over 75 120-Month Inspections on Global Aircraft

• Demonstrates Network expertise as heavy maintenance provider and Bombardier’s leading OEM support for Global aircraft, which offer an unrivalled passenger experience

• Global aircraft feature class-leading wide cabin and Bombardier WAVE, the fastest in-flight high-speed wi-fi system

• Bombardier’s installed base of more than 700 Global aircraft worldwide continues to demonstrate proven reliability

September 20, 2016, Montréal Business Aircraft – Bom-bardier Business Aircraft reaffirmed its tip-to-tail OEM expertise by announcing its Service Centre Network has now completed over 75 120-month heavy inspec-tions on Global business jets. Relied on by govern-ments, fractional operators and the most discerning individual operators, Bombardier Business Aircraft’s installed base of more than 700 Global aircraft world-wide continues to demonstrate proven reliability.

The in-service fleet has performed nearly 700,000 landings and has logged nearly 2,000,000 flight hours. Impressive short takeoff and unmatched landing dis-tances in its class, coupled with slow approach speeds come together in the Global aircraft to give customers greater access to more of the world’s most challenging airfields and business hubs—including London City Airport. Global aircraft offer an unrivalled passenger experience featuring the industry’s original, class-leading wide cabin and Bombardier WAVE (Wireless Access Virtually Everywhere), the fastest worldwide* onboard connectivity solution.

Bombardier Business Aircraft’s completion of over 75 120-month inspections on Global aircraft dem-onstrates its Service Centre Network’s leadership in providing heavy aircraft maintenance on Bombardier jets in a timely, value-added fashion. The 120-month inspection on the Global business jet is one of the larg-est maintenance events in the aircraft’s lifecycle, which comes due during its tenth year of service and requires disassembly for a detailed inspection of the airframe, structure and landing gear. Customers benefit from the Service Centre Network’s comprehensive capa-bilities and flexibility, as well as on-site parts inven-tory and engineering support. They can also maximize their maintenance event to complete additional work during the downtime, such as paint, installation of in-flight connectivity, avionics modifications or interior refurbishment.

“This milestone demonstrates our experience, our ex-pertise, and most importantly, our ability to offer our customers peace of mind, particularly when faced with one of the most critical inspections in the product’s lifecycle,” said Stan Younger, Vice President, Aircraft Service Centres. “As the aircraft manufacturer, no other maintenance provider comes close to the level of expertise we have on this aircraft or this inspection.”

Bombardier Business Aircraft’s award-winning Service Centre Network is comprised of seven wholly-owned facilities and a total of 15 Customer Response Team mobile units worldwide, all equipped to support Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global business aircraft. The Network is connected to Bombardier Business Aircraft’s 24/7 Customer Response Centre and world-class Customer Support Team. Bombardier Business Aircraft customers also have access to a broad network of nearly 50 Authorized Service Facilities around the world.
