What are they? Endangered means there is not many left of a
species of animals. It means a group of animals is in danger of becoming extinct.
Extinction means that there is no more of a species left.
Causes:Hunting, loss of habitat, pollution, loss of prey,
natural disasters, human expansion, losing their forests or homes, and us!
Why are they endangered?They are hunted because they are killing cattle and deer.
Facts
They live in the forests of N. Michigan and Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Grey wolf were reintroduced to Yellow Stone park in Wyoming.
Grey wolf can run 35 mph and jump 12 ft.
A male wolf weighs 90 pounds and a female wolf weighs 80 pounds.
It is endangered because of hunting and the destruction of its natural habitat.
1.Lives in Arabia along rugged arid to semi arid conditions and mountains along the red sea.2.They are gold, yellow, and brown on the back and fades to pale yellow or white on belly and have rosettes and spots.3.They eat mountain gazelle, Arabian Tahr rock hyrax, birds, lizards and insects.4.The way to save them is to promote awareness of preserving them by using media (news or tv).

About the Blue Whale Why they are in endangered is
because whaling is one of the biggest threats to whales.
Blue Whales have been found in every ocean of the world.
They are all blue and gray in color, with some light gray.
The diet of whales depends on their species, it can range from microscopic plankton to large marine mammals.
They are over 100 feet long.
Facts
Lives in southeast Asia in marshland.
It lives in small groups of 4-7
To keep them alive they were bred in 2005 andreturned to the wild.
Antlers grow outwards and then inwards, with smaller branches growing toward the front of the head.

Why is it endangered
Loss of habitat, their land taken over by humans for human needs; Being killed in great numbers by human, especially in predator control programs; increased susceptibility to disease as their numbers decreased, and hybridizing with coyotes.
They can survive near extreme conditions because of their fur which will keep them warm in freezing weather.
Lions are endangered because of poaching, poisoning, and hunting, and global warming makes diseases thrive.
They eat antelopes, zebras, wild beasts, and other large animals of the open grass lands.
Both male and female lions roar.
It is endangered because of predation,
starvation, disease and climate changes.
